They really suck! I ordered 3 cichlids August 12, 2022. Received an email that they didn't have the Florida Gar I ordered and asked if I'd like a Longnose Gar which I agreed, though i really didnt want a Longnose because they get much bigger than Florida Gars. When I finally received the shipment the Ocellaris Peacock bass was missing, they never contacted me to ask if I wanted something else in its place. When I contacted them about the status of the Ocellaris Peacock bass I was told next week. I received a refund on September 10, 2022. Like I said they suck, order from Cichlids Of The Americas much better company.

I ordered a starry night cichlid Bleekeri. The pictures show a black fish with spots. I was sent a light colored fish with some spots. But the bag said it was a Polleni. Definitely doesn't look anything like the 2 pictures on the website, and is not even the same name as advertised as the one I bought. Feels like I got swindled and would have not even ordered the fish if I was told what I was going to get. Feels like a total waste of money, and definitely didn't get what I wanted.

Never received my order and no one replied when I sent an email to inquire as to where my order was. Avoid!

All ten chili red rasbora arrived timely and healthy... still are.

I received my fish today from Good Joseph fish store. I ordered two red spotted severums and two tiger Oscar’s. I wanted juvenile’s and he had them in stock. They are beautiful fish. They adapted quickly to the tank. I was very happy with the service. Joseph really cares about quality and want you to be happy. I will be purchasing more fish from this site.

Fish arrived fast and healthy

My honey gourami was shipped with no issues. He looks great and is very active.

The fish that I ordered came today and they were very lively and look great in my tank.

Although it was a bit expensive, due to the overnight shipping, everything else was perfect! I received my fish within a week and he arrived a bit distraught from shipping, but healthy! Small baby, which I wanted, and pretty orange and white coloring. Thanks!

Reticulated Hillstream Loaches. Arrived alive and quite active. Well packaged and happy. They were at least 2 days in transit, as I couldn't afford the overnight shipping. Day 3 in tanks and doing well. Will definitely buy from seller again. Was worried I'd be at work when they arrived, but asked seller to text me an ETA, which they did the night prior. Perfect.

My shipment was delayed in transit and the fish were not alive when they arrived. A replacement was sent out and they arrived on time and in excellent condition. I appreciated the text messages letting me know when the order was shipped. Great communication.
