For me it was absolutely fine. The phlebotomist was friendly, careful and the venue was very welcoming (if you can say that for a blood test!!). The procedure went without a hitch.

Very happy with the booking process
Very happy with the booking process, easy to navigate, also like we can add to calender once booking has been confirmed.

Excellent, efficient, friendly. I had a referral for a free blood draw for a test. The location was convenient to walk to and easy to find. At reception, I was expected and received clear instructions where to wait. I did not wait long. The procedure was carried out quickly and efficiently by a friendly team member. The blood draw caused minimal bruising which is quite a win for me. The team member also completed necessary documentation and sealed the package so all I had to do was drop it off at the Post Office.

The system is very easy to follow , results very comprehensive.
The system is very easy to follow and the Communication is very helpful should you have a query. The phlebotomist who I see is so lovely and gentle, I have a particular problem due to chemotherapy which has damaged my veins. Karen has no problem she is very efficient and finds the vein immediately. The results are sent back with the designated time and are very comprehensive .

Would not recommend
Would not recommend. Was told by my doctor afterwards that there should have been a minimum 2 week gap between my illness and my tests, making the majority of my results void. I didn’t know this but Goodbody did because I was advised of it in my report. Also unexpected that I had to take my samples to the post office myself. I contacted Goodbody Clinic afterwards to share my concerns but heard nothing back, which is a shame.

Calm, relaxing
I had a really good experience at the Goodbody Clinic. It's a very calm, relaxing environment (with one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in). Sally conducted my blood test with calm, efficiency and was cheerful and personable throughout. Highly recommended.
