Simply the Best!

I have tried just about every available service when it comes to PWAs, but in my opinion GoodBarber stands out head and shoulders above the rest because of simplicity of use. Although others have some simplicity sometimes basic functions are not as easy although they are drag and drop they have a complicated interface that confuses a designer or an experienced hobbyist, GoodBarber is better than all of them for this reason, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The templates are very professional and the extensions available are very easy to use.

I recently completed a project of a personal hobbyist website, and they were very generous in giving me a 20% discount, that is something else I like about GoodBarber.

I wholeheartedly recommend their services and know that I will be looking to make another PWA with them soon.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von GoodBarber! Die Plattform ist extrem benutzerfreundlich und bietet gleichzeitig eine große Vielfalt an Funktionen, mit denen sich professionelle Apps ganz ohne Programmierkenntnisse erstellen lassen. Besonders gefallen mir die Designvorlagen, die einfach anzupassen sind und sehr hochwertig wirken. Auch der Support ist schnell, hilfsbereit und kompetent – man fühlt sich nie allein gelassen.

Ob für eine Community, einen Onlineshop oder eine Event-App – mit GoodBarber lässt sich alles realisieren. Ich kann das Tool wärmstens empfehlen, besonders für kreative Köpfe, die ihre Idee in eine App verwandeln möchten!

Cheers to the Customer Support! Emerald & Mehdi made my experience pleasant & productive. No matter what question i had there was always a helpful voice willing to lend a hand. I recommend this platform to anyone with little to no experience with coding. My advise would be to visit the goodbarber site and insure they can provide what you need within what they offer before deciding if they are a good fit. If they can provide what you need within their offering, there's no one better in the space in my humble opinion based on my experience.

Der größte Müll nach 2 mal Benutzung der Seite wurde meine App vom Markt runter geworfen und der ganze Fortschritt wurde verloren. NICHT BENUTZEN!!!!!

Assistance au top, interface claire et facile à prendre en main avec des aides en ligne qui aident vraiment

l'accompagnement pour la partie technique est vraiment trop succinct pour les novices et du coup le support ne répond pas à mes attentes. Dommage car la partie interface de gestion et de création de l'application est bien.

GoodBarber has been an excellent tool for creating apps without the need for coding. Its intuitive interface and multiple templates allowed me to design a professional app in no time. The customization options are very flexible, and the integrations with external services make the app more functional. Plus, the customer support is quick and efficient. Overall, my experience has been very positive, as GoodBarber has made the app development process smooth and hassle-free.

Disappointed with customer service – everything was great during the trial, but now…

When I was testing GoodBarber, everything seemed perfect — there was a live chat where I could get immediate help and solve any problems on the spot. But after I paid and subscribed, the customer service experience completely changed. Now I have to write emails and sometimes wait an entire day (or longer) for a reply.

I also wanted to add a chat bubble on every page (like a WhatsApp bubble), but apparently this is not possible — even though other companies using GoodBarber have such a bubble. Every time I ask for help or a new feature, they just tell me to submit it as a “feature request for the future”, which is very frustrating.

On top of that, the Klarna integration is a disaster. For months they haven’t been able to fix an issue where some of my customers can’t even see Klarna as a payment option, while others can. I have sent them screenshots from my customers’ phones, showing the missing option, but they still haven’t been able to solve it.

I’m still using the platform because I’ve already invested too much energy and time building my store, but honestly, if I had known how poor the support would be after paying, I would have thought twice before committing.
