Easy format to develop an App.
Great company to develop an App through. I especially like the messaging support system for if you need help with your App. Our 1st App with a different company was a disaster. Goodbarber has helped us to get our App on the App stores and now we are able to grow our customer base with this new App. We definitely recommend Goodbarber

Très bon service client et une grande…
Très bon service client et une grande amélioration des options de personnalisation from scratch. Le coût pour la disponibilité sur les 2 plateformes est un peu cher pour une seule application (j'aurais préfé 99€ plutôt que 125€), mais le service reste fiable.

2 ans que j'utilise Good Barber
2 ans que j'utilise Good Barber, beaucoup d'études comparatives en ce qui me concerne et toujours le même constat : Le seul moyen de faire mieux c'est de passer par un développement spécifique donc au moins 10 fois plus cher ! Good Barber n'est pas parfait mais :
1) ça couvre 80% de mes besoins pour 20% du prix de toutes les autres plateformes
2) l'équipe est très réactive et apporte une aide vraiment précieuse
3) les demandes d'amélioration sont vraiment prises en compte
Le seul défaut selon moi : Le multilingue qui a vraiment besoin d'être amélioré. On arrive toujours à s'en sortir avec quelques astuces mais ça serait le top d'avoir du mutlilingue natif. Mais encore une fois, en rapport qualité/prix, il n'y a pas photo. La solution est vraiment top.

Terrible Experience with GoodBarber: Unhelpful Customer Service and Scam your money
I had a terrible experience with GoodBarber. When I signed up for their service, I expected to be able to build an app without any issues. However, I quickly realized that their platform was extremely difficult to use, and their customer service was unhelpful.
I attempted to cancel my subscription, but I found out that I was charged for the service even though I did not use it. When I contacted customer service to address the issue, the representative was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in helping me resolve the issue. They were rude and unhelpful to my requests for a refund.
I was forced to open a dispute with my bank to obtain a refund. Dealing with the bank's customer service was much better than dealing with GoodBarber customer service.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by GoodBarber and the unhelpful behavior of their customer service representative. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking an app-building platform.

Hi Kareem, I can't find any trace of your app or contact with us. I've written you a private email to know more about your app. Just to make things clear, we are always willing to help our customers. If you are on a free trial, we help you for free as well. However, our product is not free, so at some point, if you chose to keep using the product after the free trial, we'll ask you to pay a subscription to do so. It's clear from the beginning. Also, we never charge automatically after a free trial. It's not necessary at all to provide any payment details to try the product for free.

I didn't even know I had to pay
Disgusting signee up didn't even tell me I had to pay put me on trial contacted the support team. Canceled the trial and subscription but I can't tell if they still going to take money of me and I only signed up today. Can the support team help me honestly it's not a joke I can't afford 96 pounds!

Hi Zacky. I already answered you by email. Your account has been deleted. Just to clarify, we grant a 30-days free trial to test our platform. You are not obliged at all to purchase. Besides, we don't even ask for a credit card or billing details when you launch the trial. Meaning, even if you forget to cancel the trial, we'll never charge you. 1. La pagina web esta bien
La pagina web esta bien, pero tiene muchas cosas a mejorar. La velocidad que se muestra o carga. Los digitos de escritura en muchas celdas, las estructuras, erc pero para una web sencilla esta bien.

Fonctionnalités au top, mais....
Les fonctionnalités offertes par GoodBarber pour élaborer une applications de qualité sont excellentes. L'utilisation du site est fluide et intuitive.
Le support (aide proposée par messagerie) est très réactif et ça, c'est très appréciable. En revanche, il serait appréciable que cette aide soit individualisée. Pour le moment, elle consiste juste à envoyer des liens vers des pages que l'on peut trouver seuls. J'aimerais davantage de personnalisation dans les réponses afin qu'elles apportent la réponse attendue pour un problème ciblé, en analysant mon appli perso et non en envoyant une réponse générale et globale.

Hi Salah, i'm sorry you feel you had a bad experience. However, we are not a free platform. We offer a 30 days free trial to test our tool, and then, if you want you can subscribe. I saw you subscribed and then you unsubscribed. So now of course you can't use any more the app builder. However, you can still log in, contact the support and ask for information.
