Nift made empty promises
Nift gave me some new product and service offers after joining a local gym. It turned me on to some new ideas and I tried a new (meal prep) service with the promise of free breakfast with each of my meal selections, and 10 free meals with my subscription, neither of which actually happened. Utilizing the discount code was a clunky process and didn't actually provide what was promised. I wrote to the support team about my discount code and evidence of the promise and failure to fulfil the promise, and they said there was nothing they could do (?!?!), and instead sent me a new discount code to be used for another service, meaning I would have to subscribe to something else to get the savings. Pretty shady stuff
