I couldn’t get my discount code to work & the customer service team at Nift wasn’t much help. I did everything that they suggested & it still wouldn’t work. I was told that if I placed an order to contact that company for help.

Also, if you did in fact place an order for your gift through that brand's purchasing process, you'll have to reach out directly to them to fix this.
