I purchased a custom set of srixon clubs from these guys was best price for what I wanted
There was a supplier issue nothing to do with golfworx I was told straight away of the issue normally you get the standard line it's outwith our control but I was offered three solutions which sorted the issue there and then when clubs arrived well within time frame given I was delighted to receive 1 dozen quality srixon balls free of charge as an apology which truthfully there was no need to supply as it wasn't their fault First rate from start to finish highly recommended

Used this site to order a custom made club. There was a delay caused by the manufacturer, but the follow and communication by Golfworx was exemplary. Very refreshing these days. I would certainly have no hesitation in using this company again, and will recommend it to others.

Was a little concerned as I hadn't heard of them before, but should not have worried not only are they competitively priced but I found their Customer Service and communication from Karl excellent

Fantastic customer service

I ordered a brand new Mizuno JPX EX driver, and customised the ordered to suit my needs. I received an email shortly after explaining my shaft of choice wasn't available anymore, however I was offered an alternative. And personally I think the shaft I chose is much newer and better (hopefully!) I received updates on my order status so I knew exactly what was going on.

Ordering to delivery took just 4 days, including selecting the new shaft and all the other customisation. I will recommend Golfworx to anyone, and will certainly use them again.

Outstanding service I ordered an electric golf trolley at an unbeatable price. Ordered on Monday received it on the Thursday a small delay but considering the company was doing a stock take at the time and they knew I needed it in a hurry ........ excellent service.

I recently, after much internet searching !! visited Karl at Golfworx at Boldon to update my clubs he offered a great deal for my old clubs and spent over an hour on the custom fitting system before we decided the best clubs and set up for my game, a set of Ping Gmax which were cheaper than anywhere I’d found online. I was so impressed with the advice and service I bought a TaylorMade M2-D type at the same time which was also custom fitted, they arrived on time and I’m really happy with the clubs and I’m now hitting my driver better than ever.
I recommend anyone to pay a visit to the shop and take advantage of the custom fitting.

What a service I received. Talked me though my different options. Did not try to sell anything to me except what was right for my build and swing. The irons arrived in under expected delivery date and when they did wow, fantastic. The price was great to. But it was the service 10/10 I will use again and recommend to anyone.

Have used Golfworx on a number of occasions now and find them first class, recently had a fitting and my new clubs have certainly improved my game, the shop is quite extensive with a very good variety of clothing and equipment

I have purchased Golf equipment from Karl at Golfworx on multiple occasions for a number of years and can only praise his excellent service and support. He has always provided clear and sensible advice and has strong relationships with the manufacturers to get custom fit products exactly to my specifications. For example I have recently ordered custom fit mizuno wedges which were ordered on Sunday and delivered by Friday!
