Karl and the team at Golfworx have been superb and I cannot recommend them enough. The turnaround time for custom Cleveland irons to be fitted and delivered from order was exceptional and Karl was excellent in communicating updates in relation to my order. They have a great selection of stock on the website and all very well priced.

After receiving my order, I did have an issue with my 9 iron at the range where the head became detached, which was down to a fault with the club. When I informed Karl he was immediately on the case with Srixon and free of charge I had the club repaired and sent back to me within a week.

I tend not to leave reviews on products/service, however the Golfworx team have been truly exceptional throughout my dealings with them and I would definitely shop there again.

Just accepted delivery of a personalised Titleist Vokey SM8 wedge which I ordered using Golfworx. Could not recommend the service enough. Fantastic communication from pre-order to arrival of the club - something which is particularly helpful when ordering a personalised club which cannot be picked up from a local golf store. Special recommendation for Karl and his speed of response throughout. 5 Stars and will be using again.

Clubs van Ping op maat besteld en een tas. Wat direct opviel was de snelle reactie op een vraag per email. Met alle geduld en vakkennis kreeg ik alle informatie die ik wilde. Het is best een gok om vanuit Nederland iets in het buitenland te bestellen, maar dit is een uitstekend adres. De tas was niet leverbaar, maar Karl ging voor me op zoek en vond hem. Complimenten voor de communicatie en service!

Took delivery of my Ping G410 hybrid today, it’s absolutly amazing, thank you Golfworx for the speedy delivery, excellent communications and exceptional value for money.
I use a hell of a lot of online shopping and I have to say you are up there with the big boys are fair as customer service and customer satisfaction is concerned. Your top draw, can’t wait to try my hybrid out.

Great advice from the get go from Karl, he kept me up to date with the status of my order and was frankly a pleasure to deal with. Cheapest price to for a custom fitted GAPR Lo as well - I will no doubt be back in the future.

Excellent experience with Golfworx. From the advice I received on club specs, communications about delivery, and the clubs themselves, I am extremely happy with the service and product.

I went in quite nervous without a clear idea of which clubs or what length or shaft or anything because id never been fitteed before for anything but karl took plenty of time explaining everything about the different shafts and the differences between a few different clubs and really made me feel completely comortable, a really enjoyable experience and karls knowledge was 2nd to none i couldnt reccomend him enough

Just ordered new set of Taylor Made irons plus driver and responsiveness to any questions was fantastic. Managed to have them adjusted and couriered to Netherlands in less then a week. Also the prices vs most other retailers, especially in NL was very good. Would recommend these guys as the go to for your golfing requirements.

Purchased a set of new irons, the clubs were a lot more competitively priced than a leading golf retailer’s prices and the Customer Service provided by Karl was outstanding.
If any further evidence were required compare the reviews against other golf retailer’s on this site !

Quality, efficient service and excellent prices. Just purchased a Ladies Ping driver from Karl which was more than 10% cheaper than I could find with any other retailer. The model was discontinued but he made calls to the manufacturer and scouted around to source me one. Ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent advice and service from Karl at Golfworx for a Mizuno wood and hybrid fitting. Took time to listen and made sure everything was good to go. Clubs arrived and are a huge improvement on the clubs they replaced.

I've bought loads of golf gear online - this was without doubt the quickest, most efficient service I've had. Ordered custom build wedges and had them in my hands within 3 working days. Outstanding price and speed.

Ordered and paid for an item late Monday afternoon (which was good value btw), and arrived following morning. 2 confirmation e mails in between for payment and dispatch of item. Textbook service.
