This was only the second time I've used TGTP, the first having been many years ago. I found the service to be more personal, and conscious of my aims than when I've used other 'bigger name' companies... Vis mer

Sharing Trip Details
Whilst I didn’t make the booking personally, having access to Vamoos and seeing what the itinerary was without asking the organiser all the time was great and efficient.

Thanks for this Mr Hunt - we are very pleased to hear that the choices offered met with your approval and hope that you are looking forward to the trip in late November. Thanks again.
Simply outstanding end to end!
It is difficult to rate the outstanding weather, magnificent courses and special on course experiences below the organization of the trip by The Golf Travel People…thus I declare a “tie”. The work done by The Golf Travel People set the four of us up for the extraordinary experience I enjoyed with my son, son-in-law and nephew…and therefore “Kudos” across the board. We had the great good fortune to experience only 10-15 of on course very light rainy weather over 5 rounds. The accomodations at The Rosses at Portrush could not have been better…and the reception and courtesies afforded us by the Portrush team were outstanding. The transportation provided by John was dependable, courteous and top notch. I could go further with my comments but suffice it to say…no complaints worth mention. Finally…the Vamoos WebSite is terrific!

Sounds like the trip to Ireland was an amazing success for you all and particularly playing at Royal Portrush so soon after The Open Championship must have been fantastic!
We really do enjoy working with you and your family every time you travel across the pond to Europe, so hopefully we can get some more trips lined up very soon for you all.
Thanks again.

We wouldn’t book a trip with anyone else!
The golf travel people are always so patient when we plan our trips.
During the pricing process we inevitably change hotel, occasionally change country and always change golf courses.
We go away in 6 weeks and I’m certain that our trip will be seamless; as have been all our previous trips away organised through the golf travel people.

This was a great golf holiday venue
This was a great hotel and golf holiday. The staff were friendly and the transfers around the resort were first class.
The golf courses were in great condition and playable for all standards of golf. There courses were difficult and playing long but you could always find your ball even in the trees which had no lower branches.

Aroeira have been working very hard to improve their offering and everything at the resort is now returning to their former glories - which is very good as the courses have always been excellent layouts.
