“Disrespectful Support and Incomplete Refund”

I ordered some coins, but due to the holidays my payment was delayed, which meant I could not receive my order on time. Despite the fact that they eventually received my payment, I got an email from Christine in customer service saying that my order would be cancelled.

I explained that the delay was due to the holidays and that the payment had been sent, but after that, she stopped responding to my emails entirely. I did receive a refund after two days, however, the problem is that I did not get the full amount back — around €100 is still missing.

The email I received from customer service was completely unacceptable and disrespectful, and on top of that, I did not even receive my full refund.

About a year ago, I also tried to purchase from them, but I couldn’t complete the order due to technical issues. This was then used against me as a reason to claim that I am not a trustworthy customer.

So the real question is: who is actually trustworthy — the customer who sent the money, or the company that returns an incomplete refund?

Very disappointing experience.

Great experience

This is my first purchase with this shop. Great experience- fast confirmation of the bank transfer, safe packaging, extremely fast shipping by Fedex- 2.5 days to the other side of Europe and the most beautiful coins at best prices.
The only proposal is to have at least 2 options for shipping cost- for packages <500grams and for 500gr-3kg

Livraison catastrophique : un mois de retard, confusion totale et absence de support / Disastrous delivery: over one month of delays, misinformation, and zero support.

Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement face à la gestion catastrophique de ma commande passée mi‑février auprès de Goldsilver.be. J’avais indiqué un point de livraison précis (existant depuis des années), pourtant le colis a été envoyé ailleurs, sans aucun respect de mes instructions. Impossible de le récupérer, les codes transmis étant inutilisables au lieu de dépôt.

J’ai immédiatement contacté le service client. Malgré mon statut de client fidèle, aucun effort n’a été fait pour résoudre le problème : le SAV s’est limité à rejeter la faute sur le transporteur, alors que Goldsilver.be avait confirmé l’envoi et fourni des codes invalides. On m’a ensuite indiqué un autre point relais, mais le colis n’y a jamais été réceptionné et reste introuvable.

Pire encore : aucune action concrète ni solution n’a été proposée. Cette absence totale de prise en charge est inacceptable.

Mise à jour du 18‑03‑2026 :
La société de livraison m’a confirmé, après enquête, que le colis est officiellement perdu. J’ai demandé au SAV de contester cette décision — une démarche que seul Goldsilver, en tant que titulaire du compte, peut engager. Leur réponse sur cette évaluation prétend que le colis aurait été « scanné ce matin » et demande pourquoi je ne l’ai pas retiré. Pourtant, il n’est présent ni au point relais indiqué par Goldsilver, ni à celui mentionné par le transporteur. Nouvelle vérification sur place aujourd’hui : aucun colis reçu.

Mise à jour du 20‑03‑2026 :
Après plus d’un mois d’attente, d’informations erronées et d’un suivi inexistant, le colis a enfin été livré au bon point de retrait le 19 mars. Je n’ai reçu aucune notification : seule une réponse à ce commentaire, publiée le 20 mars, m’en a informé.
Entre la commande et la livraison correcte, il s’est écoulé 1 mois et 1 semaine, un délai totalement inacceptable.
Une livraison simple s’est transformée en parcours du combattant à cause d’erreurs répétées, d’un manque de coordination et d’un non‑respect total des instructions. Que la situation n’ait été résolue qu’après une plainte publique est extrêmement préoccupant et remet en cause la fiabilité du service.

Les clients méritent mieux.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the disastrous handling of my mid‑February order with Goldsilver.be. I had clearly specified a delivery point (which exist since several years ago), yet the parcel was sent elsewhere with no regard for my instructions. The package could not be retrieved, as the codes provided did not work at the location where it was dropped off.

I immediately contacted customer service. Despite being a loyal customer, no effort was made to resolve the issue. Support simply shifted responsibility to the carrier, even though Goldsilver.be confirmed the shipment and supplied faulty codes. I was later told the parcel had been redirected again, but it was never received and remains missing.

Worse still, no concrete action or assistance was provided. This lack of support is unacceptable.

Update of 18‑03‑2026:
The delivery company confirmed after investigation that the parcel is officially lost. I asked Goldsilver to challenge this result — something only they can do as account holder. Their reply on this review claimed the parcel was “scanned this morning” and questioned why I hadn’t picked it up, indirectly acknowledging I never received it. The parcel is not at the location indicated by Goldsilver or by the delivery company. I checked again on site today: nothing was delivered.

Update of 20‑03‑2026:
After more than a month of confusion and zero support, the parcel was finally delivered to the correct point on March 19. I received no official notification — only a reply to this review on March 20.
From order to correct delivery, 1 month and 1 week passed, which is entirely unacceptable.

What should have been a simple delivery became an unnecessary ordeal due to repeated mistakes, lack of coordination, and disregard for customer instructions. The fact that the issue was resolved only after public pressure raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability.

Customers deserve far better.

Tout est bien qui finit bien.
Le retard est dû à UPS et une redirection du colis. Vous aviez indiqué un lieu d'enlèvement qui n'existe plus. Ceci est en dehors de notre contrôle. Nous avons expédié sous 24 heures,



Bonjour José, votre colis a été scanné ce matin. Nous sommes intervenus plusieurs fois pour ce colis. Pourquoi n'allez-vous pas le récupérer ? UPS a même lancé une enquête pour retrouver le colis et a fourni une preuve de livraison.

UPS peut rediriger un colis vers un autre point d'enlèvement quand un premier n'est pas disponible. LE second ne se trouve qu'à un jet de pierre du premier que vous avez renseigné.

I will not use again. Check review before ordering

You need to do some research before ordering from them. They may have a monopoly, but this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I’m not even sure they read messages before replying, as many of their responses simply don’t make sense.

There is a phone number listed, but like many shady companies, they never answer.

To summarise, I placed two orders: A and B.

I paid for Order A with the correct order number in my bank transfer, but they didn’t send it. When I asked them to ship it, they claimed the payment was missing about €4 because Order B was €4 more expensive.

They then cancelled Order A (which I had already paid for and have the invoice for) and told me to pay for Order B instead.

In the end, I received Order A (which was normally canceled), but I had paid the price of Order B. The invoice in the delivery is for Order A.

The messages with customer service were unreal. I might publish them somewhere.

Just check the reply they put on other people's complaints. They act like school bullies, this is so pathetic that it becomes funny.

Edit : their reply is pathetic. The order was small but they think I care about 4€ difference on 1k. Good it was only a small order, so I didn't take a flight to Belgium

Yes, sir. The price of the product you ordered dropped by 4 euros.
An order may NOT be cancelled. You placed 2 orders , you had to pay both orders; it is illegal not to pay.

We kindly cancelled 1 of your 2 orders, just because it was a very small order and we understood you made a mistake ( kind of ... ) .
But, we asked you to pay the full amount of the more expensive one without asking you to pay the cancellation costs, which were much more expensive than the ridiculous 4€ you are complaining about.

We tried to be kind, we regret.

Ils sont très sérieux, très pros.
Les emballages sont magnifiquement bien scellés.

Après plusieurs commandes passées chez goldsilver , je ne peux que les conseiller. Emballage pro, sécurisé. Les délais sont renseigné à l avance et respecte, avec la forte demande actuelle , bravo ! Les prix sont pour moi les meilleurs du moment également, bref merci à vous !

Bovendien hanteren ze zeer goede prijzen. Wat mij betreft : topservice. Uitzonderlijk zelfs zeer goed gestruktureerde leveringen op zondag door eigen leveringsdienst . Eenvoudig veilig en correct . TOP !!!

Problèmes en cas de non livraison

Après des expériences positives un colis n'est pas arrivé (après paiement) la firme a fermé mon compte et mon historique avec des commandes payées non livrées. Pas de réponse de leur part (sauf ici peut-être). Après avoir déposé plainte plus avocat et beaucoup de peine finalement remboursé 2 mois plus tard. La société a préférer croire le livreur qui a marqué mon colis comme livré 17 jours plus tard! Je conseille à tout acheteur de colis de valeur un système de preuve par caméra.
