Was Very good

I was a bit skeptical at first but i had an overall great experience with specialist Leo. He was kind and very helpfull. I get some might feel a bit weird going into a vehicle closed up with a stranger, but arent we strangers to the specialists as well? Maybe the vibes ive read in some of these reviews were mirrored from customers themselves. Leo you were very professional and gave me a good price! I will be seeing you again next time you come to town.

Dillon made the experience so pleasant! He was helpful and informative. Please commend Dillon in his fantastic service!

Robert, with Gold Adam, was very professional in evaluating each item systematically, explaining each step of the verification process, as I looked on. He answered every question in a staightforward manner and I felt no pressure to make a quick decision to sell my items. In addition, the valuation provided was notably more than other gold buyer offers. I accepted payment via direct bank deposit and received a transaction receipt via email before I left the appraisal appt. The process was simple. I highly recommend others to visit Gold Adam, and particularly, Robert, their Agent, if you are considering selling unwanted jewelry or old dental crowns.

Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Mein Berater KOVACS DENIS war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Geld war noch am selben Tag auf meinem Konto. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!

Very convenient and safe. I got paid more than I had expected! Bob and his associate were friendly, polite, and professional. Highly recommend!!

Professional, straight to business with a little bit of logical information and advice.

The amount I received. I did have to wait for my schedule appointment an extra 40 minutes pass my time.

Aaron Bechtel was very professional and to the point. Made me feel like he could be trusted .. we enjoyed the experience and wil definitely use him in the future..

Naira was very nice, very professional and explained everything she did and how it all worked. I just loved dealing with her and I am very happy with how easy it was to make money from old jewelry that was just sitting here for years. Thank you so much!

Aaron Bechtel was very polite and I felt no pressure at all to sell. I give him a ten!!!!!

Knowledgeable and got me in and out with a smile

We met with Robert and he was very kind and helpful. He explained the process and it made everything easier and efficient. I truly appreciate his transparency..

Robert was super busy. We did not have an appointment, just showed up after seeing a Facebook post. He was very apologetic but we said it wasn’t a problem and we would come back in a half hour. He finished his 2 appointments and stayed to fit us in before his day was done. Super knowledgeable, explained the process thoroughly and did not pressure us to sell. His offer was a surprise and we completed the transaction. We will definitely share our experience with our friends.

A Shepard

Mr. Walter Thomas provided great service. He made easy to understand and was very friendly.

Dima was excellent and very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a seamless experience!

Our guy Jordan was friendly, but seemed a bit nervous when I mentioned I had weighed and tested most of my items. I had an uneasy feeling when he quoted me the price for my silver and gold pieces, it seemed really low. He had told me they pay 70% of today’s gold and silver prices. I decided to keep my gold and was hesitant about my silver, but took the offer, still not feeling good about it. After thinking about it for a bit, I did the math myself and sure enough, I had NOT been paid 70% it was more like 50% almost 300.00 less than I should have been paid! I did contact him and was able to get the right price. But be sure and do your homework before you go! Know the price of the metals for the day, know approximately the weight in grams and go to an online calculator and get an approximate idea of what to expect to be paid! I’m on the fence about if it was a miscalculation or if this is their business model. I seriously doubt I’ll ever go to them again. This happened in a small TX town. So just beware!

Leo was a delight to work with when assessing and checking my items ! I was very impressed with his knowledge when I ask questions and I did ask alot, He was fun, friendly and made this old 82 year woman comfortable ! I was very leary of selling my gold this way but living in a small town limited my choice - this was an awesome experience!

Leo was fantastic. He explained everything and show me the difference in the gold value from 10k to 24k. Thanks for the expertise.
I hope to see you again when I round up some more stuff.
