I had an appointment on 09/12/2026 at 430pm at the Lowe's location on Stassney and I-35 with Mr Chaney. He was very professional, respectful and very easy to talk to. He was very friendly too. He sorted out the gold I brought by karat, weighed the gold and gave me a very fair price. What I liked was that there was no pressure to sell. I was very happy with the transaction.

Some of the gold items I brought had gemstones set in them and I forgot to ask him to remove them to give to me before I left. When I realized this, I called him as soon as I could to let him know I would be back to retrieve the gemstones. When I got there, he already had them in a little baggie for me.

If you are able to make an appointment with Mr Chaney, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend him to handle your transaction.

I am shocked. Kept seeing the ads on my social media feeds and thought, “why not?” when I saw the Gold Adam van would be in my neighborhood. Easily made an appointment and that was confirmed - great communication - went through our jewelry stash and brought some old pieces. Learned several were gold plated, which is good to know, but walked away with more than $700 getting rid of things I don’t wear anyway. Score! Robert was professional, informative and easy to do business with! Highly recommend!

I was a bit skeptical at first but i had an overall great experience with specialist Leo. He was kind and very helpfull. I get some might feel a bit weird going into a vehicle closed up with a stranger, but arent we strangers to the specialists as well? Maybe the vibes ive read in some of these reviews were mirrored from customers themselves. Leo you were very professional and gave me a good price!
