Absolutely wonderful and memorable experience.

We traveled to Japan with a large family ranging in age from 21 to 83. Celine, made sure every experience we had accommodated our many varying interests and was adaptable to everyone's physical limitations. She made planning this trip a breeze.

And she didn't stop being helpful when the tour was paid for or when we arrived in Japan, she was on top of everything for us the whole time we were there. If something came up, I could reach out to her and she (or her company) would respond almost immediately.

The majority of the hotels were great and when I say majority I mean majority... because our trip spanned the island of Japan North to South and we stayed multiple days in many hotels. I would not stay in the Hotel Sardonyx Tokyo again because they did not do Go Find Orient justice. The hotel did not live up to the standards set by the company or the other hotels. The hotel staff were not pleasant, the rooms were not up to par and the breakfast was seriously lacking . But the other 3 hotels lived up to their stars, with the rooms, service, and breakfast buffet being exceptional.

We had wonderful drivers. Wrangling my family to meet the van on time was not always easy, but the drivers were gracious and helpful and went out of their way to help my father who used a wheelchair for some of the activities. Mr. Yu in Kyoto and Osaka was amazing. He treated my father like he was his father and treated us like his family, so caring and gentle and we all bonded with him. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Mr. Wang and I feel bad because I don't think I got our other driver's name. But they were ALL so nice and helpful.

We received a blessing out of a tragedy when our guide on day 1, was injured on his way to meet us. Celine was on the job though, and found us the best guide in Flo. He was awesome, took us to one of his favorite eating spots for the best Ramen we've ever had (you know it's good when it's a local favorite), talked to us about the symbolism and culture of the places we visited but kept it light, let us take it all in at our pace and enjoy the parts we were interested in on our own (but kept us mindful of our time) . A wealth of information, he gave us a little history and could gauge our interest on whether to elaborate on the subject or let it go with what he'd already shared. Truth is he kept us wanting more info and, asking question. I loved the architecture while some of my family enjoyed other aspects of the culture. Suffice to say, he met us where our interests were and that made the 1st day, hands down the best day. If/when we go back... I wouldn't hesitate to request Flo as a requirement for my return. (Yeah, he's that good) :-)

I wouldn't say the other tour guides were bad, but they weren't Flo. I think they had their idea of what everyone thought was important to know and see. While Flo took his queues from us.

Celine and I set the itinerary and it was a wonderful itinerary. I didn't need someone to tell me where I should take a picture or what's important to see in a temple or shrine. I didn't want anyone to tell us what we needed to experience at a location...we were on our time and if we were more interested in the gardens then going inside the temple... the guide needs to appreciate that and let us experience what we want to experience. I think that would be my only criticism of the entire tour. Veggie was very knowledgeable but she was on her own plan and I felt that she was more interested in us doing what she wanted us to do at the sites we picked in our itinerary, than letting us do what we wanted to do at those sites.

There are always lessons learned with every trip, like when you're a party as large as we are...don't pack 2 large suitcases per person...LOL. But Celine and company assisted and helped adjust for even that! I could rest assured that they were on top of things as they came up.

In short, they went above and beyond to make this trip one that we will never forget. And I can't wait to work with her for our next trip, Book with Celine... she's the best!!!!!!!!!

We are a group of 4 seasoned travellers who wanted to visit Japan for the first time. Go find Orient helped us arrange a wonderful itinerary tailored to our interests. We added an extra day and fine tuned the itinerary based on their knowledgeable recommendations. They arranged quality hotels, tickets to events, transportation via van and driver allowing us the flexibility and comfort to explore the way we wanted without worry. The cost was very reasonable compared to a rigid full service fully guided tour. Their drivers went above and beyond, including guiding us through Tokyo station to make sure we got to the proper platform easily for the bullet train to Kyoto. They could have just dropped us at the station and met their obligation. The entire experience was exceptional. We got exactly the kind of travel experience we were hoping for.

Book with Celine and she was wonderful!!! All when according to planned, our tour guide at Osaka (Veggie) was amazingly friendly and understandable to our group likes!!!
My group was into Starbucks and shopping 🛍️ 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️… so she was taking them there !!!
I had book some other thing on my own and she was really helpful directing me to does places!! Well done 👍🏻 thank you !!!

Everything was well organized, the trip went smooth and easy. We had a wonderful guide. Thank You for the amazing experience.

We had a great time. The tour guides were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us, they were on time, polite and professional. They helped us with any issue we had, guided us through our check ins with hotels, trains etc, they even helped us with menu choices. We would recommend Grace and her team to anyone that wanted a private tour of China.

The Tour, defined at the "Cherry Blossom Tour'' with details below was an amazing experience. We enjoyed the beautiful places we visited, and having our own personal guide and driver make is much more relaxing.
It was an easy booking experience working with Grace Ma of GFO and we found her communication with us along the way of the planning, exceptional.

We worked with Grace along the way and there were a few adjustments that had to be made. During this time, our original drivers / guides had changed for personal and or economic reasons, however, it did not impede the quality of service.

I did find however, the our guides did not have our original itinerary but I provided that to them and communicated with them via WhatsApp and that worked out perfectly
For Tokyo, we had Ms Iris as our guide with Mr. Wang as our driver. Although Ms Iris did not have all the historical details regarding some of the sites, the bottom line is the places we went to were amazing and her sweet disposition and conversation ways were added value to the Tokyo portion of our tour.

Our journey to Kyoto via Train with Ms. Veggie meeting us at the train platform was amazing. Her knowledge of everything we did over the next several days was so detailed and she was just a burst of energy wanting to take us to places not even mentioned on our plans.

We absolutely loved all of our time with Ms. Veggie and her driver Mr. Fujimoto who was the kindest and most personable driver we ever had on any tour!

We would HIGHLY recommend Ms. Veggie for any tour in Japan (personally) think, she should be a preferred guide for any Japan Go Find Orient tour, with her experience, personality and going the extra mile always .. was so impressive.

In conclusion I would love to say, this tour did exceed our expectations, and found Japan as a country, an exceptional place to visit.

Working with Grace Ma, was a pleasant experience and her high - energy level was quite impressive and communications were always responded to almost immediately!!

Wonderful and timely organisation and communication throughout the tour. Highly recommend to book with Grace @ Go Find Orient. She goes above and beyond. Wonderful experience and amazing trip.

I liked the private tour. We were able to do all the things we wanted and were able to spend more time in places when we wanted. The drivers were great, the vehicles were perfect and the flexibility was really important for our trip.

I found Celine to be a pleasure to work with. I appreciate her patience with me when I wasn’t timely getting needed documents to her, she was always very print when responding to my questions via email, my trip was planned so well. The Driver was at the airport waiting when my plane arrived. The hotel accommodation in Bangkok was fabulous, mt tour guide was excellent. I appreciated the birthday gift and cake in the room when we landed. I was not so impressed with our stay in Phuket. I felt like guest who were members received better accommodation and better attention. But my service guide in Phuket again was excellent, she was very attentive and she went above and beyond to provide services to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to book in asia.

A once in a lifetime trip! Grace Ma was beyond helpful in planning the trip and was patient as we fine tuned the details. Everything went exactly as planned. I wouldn’t change a thing. The guides got me from place to place on time and without incident. I’ll definitely use Grace again.

Our journey through Beijing, Xi’an, Guilin, and Shanghai was unforgettable. Go Find Orient arranged everything seamlessly, from high-speed train tickets to private guides. In Beijing, we enjoyed the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, and Great Wall with excellent historical insights. Xi’an was a highlight with the Terracotta Warriors and the ancient city wall, perfectly guided. Guilin impressed us with breathtaking Li River scenery and peaceful countryside. Shanghai offered a great mix of modern skyline and cultural charm.

The hotels were comfortable and clean, making each stay convenient. Guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to adapt to our needs. Overall, the tour was well-organized and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended go Find Orient for anyone wanting to explore the best of China in comfort and style.

I enlisted the services of GofindOrient for a solo trip to China (Beijing-Xian-Zhangjiajie) and it was good trip filled with many memorable experiences. Grace was always on hand to respond to questions and ensure everything was going as smoothly as possible and I found the assigned tour guide for each city knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A special mention to Louise (Zhangjiajie tour guide) who really outdid herself try to smooth over issues at the hotel there and who also recommended some really amazing dishes/experiences even though I wasn’t initially keen on those- was so glad I tried them after all! I must also commend the tour guide and driver in Xian, amazing both. I’m unable to give a 5 star mostly because of the hotel quality. I found these to be generally sub-par given the overall price I paid for the tour most especially the hotel in Zhangjiajie which was a let down in many respects. That, not withstanding, I would recommend using this company and would likely use again on my next trip to China.

I am experienced traveller to over 30 countries with over 800 reviews on Trip Advisor. I mention this so that people do not this is a phony review. Simply, I have never experienced the professionalism and service that I received from Grace Ma at Go Find Orient. When decided that we'd like to visit China, I asked for quotes from several companies and had to wait days sometimes for a reply. But Grace responded immediately and spoke to me to see where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Then a customized private tour was quoted on, with extras suggested by her, which we accepted. Our 19-day itinerary was superb and included booking high speed train journeys from point to point. Not only did we see the great sites we wanted to see, but she included some evening shows (with great seats) that were superb. We were picked up and dropped off (including our arrival and departures from the airports) from all the train stations, and had private guides in each location that spoke good English. Our guides were very caring and some even bought snacks for our upcoming train journey. She also kept in touch during our tour to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. China was an incredibly friendly country and our tour was one of the best experiences we've ever had. And if you are thinking of going, you could not do better than Go Find Orient. And ask for Grace Ma. She is an absolute delight to work with. We are even planning when we can visit again to experience more that this great country has to offer.

Amazing China experience. All was very carefully planed, very friendly guides, nice itinerary, nice places, good food. All in all a 5 stars experience. Thanks for all involved in the succes of this trip but especially for GRACE!!! 🌷

Liked two elephant sanctuary visits disliked cost of overall tour disked extremely poor english guide and exhorbitant rextra cost optional tours. Disliked ground transort for two Hotel to Phuket airport for over $100,,,usd when bus found for 10usd each. Disliked fighting for better room for 1 week after being told facing wall and shrubs. Hotel corrected. Dislike overnight train Bangkok to Chang Rai as noisy and uncomfortable with forced use of top bunk with no window plus delays in schedule. Enjoyed Phi zphi and James Bnd island.
