Shame I have to give 1 star as they don’t reserve it! Ordered a week ago and still no updates! Looking from reviews don’t use this company. Really annoyed I’ve got in touch with Klarna

It was a pleasure to deal with this company, they kept me informed about my order. When received it was exactly what I ordered, of great quality.

My order #47357612 has been delayed over and over again without been shipped after I paid for FedEx express. Bad customer service and they are a fraud and scam no number to contact. Please do not buy anything from their site.

I have ordered a phone case on 3/02/23. Still showing in transit, don’t know if I am receiving it or not. Not worth it to order from go customised. Charged lot of money and still not received my order.

The delivery was quick and the actual phone case quality is really nice. However, fir some reason my phone case image has been cropped so it doesn't fit around the whole case. This has left a lot of empty space on the case. I'm not really happy with it as it doesn't look very nice.

Now received & product is good so I’ve amended my review to reflect this! Delivery time is long!

Still not received the product…no track & trace available….apparently it has been shipped so hopefully it will be received soon. I hadn’t realised it was coming from abroad.

Ordered 5th Dec thinking this was a UK based company 28th Dec still no case. I know there are problems with Royal Mail. I find it deciving having a .uk web address and not advertising you are not UK based
Will not order from this company again. My advise is AVOID.....

I ordered a phone case on 20/11 which was dispatched on 22/11 thinking this would be plenty of time before Christmas. I contacted them on 17/12 as this had still not been delivered, a second phone case was dispatched to me on 19/12 express delivery at no extra cost. Great service! Item arrived on 22/12 and is very good quality.

Ordered a phone case on 5th December. That's enough time for Christmas, right? Nope it's now the 23rd, no updates on the case and clearly my daughter won't be getting it for Christmas. Gocustomized have no phone number so you cannot call them, and they provide no updates on delivery whatsoever. Awful, don't order from this company, you won't receive your order.

I ordered on the 22nd November 2022. I just picked standard delivery, as it said I should still get it by the 7th December. Now 19th Dec and still not here. I get that there has been problems with Royal Mail, but their customer service is none existent, good luck trying to contact anyone. Defo won't be using them again, unreliable.

I placed my order in November 30th and haven't received it (18th Dec). Which obviously has been affected by the postal strikes but haven't heard anything from gocustomised as to when I might get it. Probably not the best time to get the trustpilot review email to remind me I hadn't received it!

From designing it to placing the order and then receiving it, it couldn’t have run smoother. Good quality, sturdy and chic.
Defo recommend.

Although I got the wrong product the support team did an excellent job and gave me a refund code for my next order. They also got back to me in less than an hour. Suberb!

After a lot of searching looking for an interesting and individual phone cover, I happened to come upon gocustomize phone covers. Why I never thought about doing it earlier I will never know. The progress was easy from, downloading a picture, and how you wanted it, and how you wanted it sent, with regular communications of what was happening. The hardest part, choosing a picture. The phone looks great, and the cover fits very well in the hand and I can still access the buttons.

Unfortunately the writing on the phone cover is in white it would have been much more better writing in black

Very impressed with their customer service. I ordered a phone cover. The quality was very good but due to a misunderstanding, the cover wasn't for the model I needed. I contacted them and they immediately replied and refunded the cost in full.

I ordered my phone case well over a month ago and I have heard nothing. When you go on the website there seems to be no easy way to contact such as a number to find out. Payment took nothing to show from it. Disappointing!

I am still waiting for my phone case, despite being told it was dispatched on 19th April, so cannot comment on the quality of the product itself. Unfortunately the email address is a Do Not Reply address, so cannot actually contact the company directly

Edit Update: Go Customised have replied below, asking me to contact them on their website, however the only way I can do that is to log in, but the website will not allow me to, despite me trying to reset my password, in an attempt to get in.
As I cannot even get past the log in screen, this is not exactly a helpful solution for me.

11/05/2022 Update - my phone case has finally arrived today!! It is great so I have updated my review and star rating, based on the quality of the product. It is as I would have wanted it to be so very happy now. It is just a shame it took so long to arrive, but I guess that is out of everyone's control

Superb quality product. Delivery was slower than anticipated but I realise that this was outside GoCustomizeds control.
