Direct, simple instructions and tools made designing my phone cases easy and quick! When they arrived, they looked exactly as the preview had shown me they'd look. They fit my phone perfectly ~ it feels snug and protected, with all buttons easily accessible and usable with no issues. I was also thrilled that my slightly older mobile model was a choice to customize for ~ several other sites only had the very latest versions as possibilities. I'm a very happy customer indeed!

I never got the product I ordered and paid for. It was sent "no tracking" USPS. "Order CC4429 confirmed" April 3, 2025

I read a couple mixed reviews regarding shipping pre order, from order to delivery it took 10 days, and looks great.

Excellent experience.

Perfectly clear printing of photos, making a really nice, uniq phone cover.

The only issue was that the delivery company temporary lost the item - but GoCustomized sent replacements without any question - (the original items were then found by the courier)

10/10 - we will definitely use them again!

Pessimi, sconsiglio di ordinare da loro. Ho ordinato in data 8 Dicembre una cover, pagando le spese massime per la spedizione rapida. Ad oggi, Gennaio 2025, nonostante le loro scuse, la cover risulta essere ancora a Enschede. Evitateli.

Order a customized product almost a month ago and it never came. No tracking information was provided to me upon purchase so no way of seeing if it was delivered or lost in transit. Emailed a week ago and also messaged them on the “shop” app and never received a response or any acknowledgement of receipt. Product was a Christmas gift and as far as I know my money is good as gone. Do not purchase from them. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE. They responded to save face and ask “you should reach out to our contact page,” when if they READ MY REVIEW I STATED I ALREADY DID STARTING ON DECEMBER 20th AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. I’ve made several attempts to communicate with them, but have not had one response since they took my money. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I ordered my cell phone case in February and it arrived it less than two weeks later. I designed it using an image of one of my original paintings. It looks great and I've had many compliments on it. Other artists have asked where I got it so am happy to have shared your website with them.

The template is wrong this time for the 16 Pro. I have sent them an email but super disappointed based on what I have ordered in the past. Ordered 3 cases and all of them are not what I saw on the screen.

The custom photo I uploaded for on their template, completely covering it, but whe I got the case, there was white showing all around the edges of the photo instead of it bleeding off the edges as I expected it to. The template is obviously not right or somehow my photo got moved before printing. Company has not responded to my request for an explanation for the bad printing of my phone case.

Great product as always, 5th case be bought from this company. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Easy to download a picture for a phone cover but they don't prove a tracking number or update. Email says it's on its way on 6/27/2024. It is evening hours of 7/11/2024 and nothing yet. It would be nice to be notified or have a tracking number

De las cuatro veces que lo he utilizado, dos han funcionado bien. La tercera salió gris la imagen en la carcasa personalizable y me devolvieron el importe. La última vez ha sido una vergüenza: llevaba la carcasa una imagen y un nombre; el nombre no se ve bien completo por qué se sale de la carcasa ( ellos dicen que no he dejado margen con el borde, pero si se abre el proyecto se ve claramente que hay bastante margen); me han devuelto la 1/2 del importe, pero ya les dije que me repitiesen el encargo correctamente porque ¿para que quiero una carcasa mal hecha? No he tenido ya contestación. También pedimos un protector de pantalla y lo que nos enviaron es más pequeño.
No volveré a encargarles nada más.
Cada vez trabajan peor.

GoCustomized makes it so easy to create a unique case. I wish there were even more font options, but overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

The custom case I ordered exceeded my expectations! GoCustomized's customer service was also really helpful when I had a question.

I've ordered several custom cases from GoCustomized as gifts. The quality has been consistently great, though I'd love to see a few more case color options.
