Very Professional and helpful. Made the transaction very easy and straight forward. Pleasure to deal with.

Great experience using GMG. Enquired about a Daytona on the weekend and had it in hand by the Friday delivered to my work address even though it wasn’t currently in stock. Recommend using GMG and will definately use again.

Happy with my new IWC 43MM BP(green-dial)! Nice gesture delivering the watch in person to Liverpool-airport by Ciaran. And showing interest in our mutual hobby.
Would do business again without blinking an eye(!)

absolute bunch of jokers, not sure how their still in the trade, prices are all over the place, would NOT recommend to anyone.

Abysmal customer service and almost certainly a scam set up, could smell the owner’s blatant lies as he was waffling on the phone all day. Most of their negative reviews on various platforms get a response claiming the scam is actually coming from a different “competitor” company but our communication was directly with the owner himself who sounded like a complete muppet who had no idea whether he was selling a timepiece which was used or brand new. Got rude when put on the spot. Clueless. He’s getting a visit in person shortly from a couple of serious “buyers”. Avoid this clown. Take your business elsewhere

Slow to respond and in-communicative.

Recently purchased a new Rolex, part exchanging an older one, with GMG and they were excellent. Really good communication throughout, easy to agree a price and Lee and Coyah made collecting the new watch (and dropping off the old one) really straightforward. Would happily use GMG again in the future.

Super straightforward transaction. Very happy with the watch and buying process. Def recommended

Believe the hype. Straight talking no BS. Great for advise Picked a Bluesy bi gold sub close to retail. Easy straight forward transaction. I forgot the ladies name but she was super professional and knew her stuff. Will 100% use again.

Just brought a Rolex steel Yacht Master 11 off GMG and dealt with Lee who was very helpful and communications bang on all the way through.
Delivery through post was fine and came when said with tracking number.

Lee is a top man and a great company to deal with

Went out of their way to help and such a beautiful watch, thank you

I can highly recommend GMG watches(Lee) if you’re looking for good service, and fair priced watches. Good service, and someone i would gladly trade more with in the future.

Bought a Yachtmaster from Lee. Picked it up from London. Process was easy and pain free - would definitely recommend!

Saw a watch advertised on their website, collected it two days later. Quick, smooth process with no issues and very professional. Very happy with watch that I paid full asking price and didn’t bother trying to haggle. Highly recommend.

Nice and easy purchase no hassle and quick turn around

Easy, efficient and no issues. I will be honest if I’m not buying from the Rolex shop I have doubts but these guys delivered above expectations and the process easy. I now have a fantastic 2023 Rolex at an incredible price which I can enjoy for years and in memory of my mum passing. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience from start to finish Ciaran kept me up to date at all times and I received my phone within 48 hours of making the initial enquiry. Highly recommend!
