Glow Trend Anmeldelser

Honestly, from the first purchase I was impressed. I bought a serum a week ago, and within 40 minutes of purchase, it was shipped. I was honestly shocked. I received the item the next day, despite not paying for next-day shipping. A day later, I was notified that an item I was interested in was back in stock, so I quickly purchased one. I then got another email that another product I wanted was back in stock, so I purchased that as well. I paid postage on both items, as they were different orders, but I wasn't too bothered. Later on that same day, I got an email notification that I had received a refund of postage on both orders! I couldn't believe it. I was honestly shocked by the thoughtfulness of refunding the postage, even though I had not asked, nor expected it. Their customer service is just wonderful. The items were dispatched so quickly, and the items arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them!

Amazing, quick delivery reasonable pricing and brilliant to be able to get items in uk we cant usually! Highly recommend

Quick delivery

Used for experiment beauty which doesn't ship to UK, useful :)

I had never heard of this company before. I was searching for a specific product and having been unable to find any UK stockists, Glow Trend came up in a search. I was dubious, but after reading the reviews decided to give them a go. I was extremely impressed that, despite ordering during the Christmas break, my order arrived extremely quickly. I will absolutely be placing repeat orders for my product with this company going forward. What a great find!

Second time purchasing. Quick to send products. As described.
One thing to note, they only send parcel when everything is in stock. First time I purchased iI chased, as didn't know this.
Great service.

Fast shipping, well packaged and I love my purchase

I have ordered from them a couple of times. They have the Prequel brand, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in Europe. So I will continue to buy as long as they have that, as it's been a life saver for my extremely sensitive skin.
I recently received two bottles of Prequel Gleanser from them, and unfortunately both pump caps were broken. Probably because they're so fragile, and weren't packaged and supported well enough. So I emailed them about it, and they have just refunded me in full for both bottles. Which was very unexpected, but very much appreciated. Talk about great customer service! Absolutely nothing negative to say!

Great Experience. The items ordered on-line arrived very fast and were nicely packaged. Will definitely be a return shopper. Totally recommended!

So happy to shop US products on a safe and secure online UK store. Great service, quick delivery and very well packaged.

Repeat customer, love shopping here!

Quick and easy delivery of products.

Great selection of products I’ve not been able to find anywhere else and have been wanting to try for ages! Fast delivery. So happy to have found Glow Trend!

By chance I landed on this website and added my email address to notify me when Dr Idriss products would be available and not long until I got a notification and they were, I didn't waste time made and made an order and was delivered within 3 days! Soo happy to find my skincare products in the UK! Plus, emailed to see if another product could be ordered and got a reply from a human that it will be available on the next shipment! can't wait to order again. Thanks again!

Authentic products and even International delivery was quick.

Good service, Fast delivery, Very happy with my Products

Shipping was fast, could always locate parcel. But !! I had to pay 20€ taxes (wasn’t informed prior to purchase!!!) and the package of the product was broken (luckily the bottle was intact). Probably won’t order again

Great experience with Glow Trend! They stock lots of things only available from the US that I've wanted to try for ages. And great customer service. I absolutely recommend this site!

I had a really positive experience ordering from Glow Trend. They stock a range of high-quality trending skincare products that are usually only available in the USA, including Prequel, Soft Services and Dieux Skin, so it was fantastic to see them stocked and sent from within the UK. Understandably, the prices are a little higher than what you might pay across the pond, but not unreasonably so. After placing my order, dispatch was communicated clearly and I was pleased to see the packaging was fully recyclable and not excessive. I'm delighted I've finally been able to try some of these brands (I particularly recommend the 'discovery set' from Soft Services and the Prequel 'Gleanser' cleanser), and I'll be placing another order soon. Thoroughly recommend Glow Trend if you've been trying to get a hold of these brands in the UK!
