Excellent service
Fantastic service. Incredibly smooth, joined-up approach from online quote through to (un-pushy) follow-up call then survey, fitting and fitting follow-up call. The individuals I spoke with (esp Carla) were friendly and helpful. The surveyors and fitters were equally helpful, professional and efficient, especially given they landed the coldest day in the year to brave the elements and fit our new door! Despite the Arctic conditions, the quality of their work did not appear to be rushed nor compromised.
Quality of door itself appears fine, aside from a small niggle that customer services advised me they would resolve if I send a video. The composite finish looks like an aesthetic upgrade on uPVC. Our upgrade to brushed aluminium handles was forgotten at the time of fitting but, as it turned out they would be only "aluminium look", I chose not to pursue this and was duly refunded. Overall the price was sensible and fairly competitive based on other quotes we'd received.
Paperwork regarding care and maintenance and evidencing the associated warranties was all emailed to me once the job was complete.
All-in-all we are very happy with this experience and our new door and how swiftly Global were able to organise for it to be fitted. We would certainly recommend this company and product.

Very good service, door and windows exactly as we ordered, the fitters were absolutely A1, did a fuss free job, little mess and cleared up what mess there was left when they'd done. Cant fault them at all.

Great information on website to measure your doors, double check measurements, door and side window came in to the exact measurements & it all fitted to perfection, doors delivered on the day specified, will definitely use Globle Doors again

Excellent service and delivered on time. Good quality external door. Had a small issue with a split in one of the door seals. Contacted Global doors and they had a complete new set of seals sent to me in a couple of days. Very pleased

Overall the experience was good.the door seems well made and looks good. The only bad part was that the door was marked on the frame. This was going to be covered by trim so was not a big issue.

Completely stress free purchase
Completely stress free purchase from start to finish. The online configurator gives an accurate representation of the door and is easy to use. The local contractors assigned by Global Door were absolutely brilliant, and the door itself is excellent quality. Pricing was very competetive - much cheaper than the big names and even local window/door suppliers. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Global Door - we're very happy.

Excellent service throughout the whole process - from me designing my door on line; then receiving the follow up contact from them straight afterwards; contact from the surveyor who came and checked what was needed for the door production and completing the fitting survey and then the fitting itself.

Great company, I created my door on their website, price was then given without obligation. Placed the order the week after, survey done week after that and door fitted on the date of my choice. The fitters were on time, did a great job, took away the old door and even hoovered up. Would highly recommend. Oh great price too!
