I'm a DIY Dad and have very little experience in this field but the website was great and made it easy to design the door, the delivery driver was perfect, they unloaded and waited for me to check it.

very unpleasant stressful eeprience from the start to finish. I ordered 2 composite doors from Globla doors, Before I paid for my orders the staff were calling me and following up on me, but once I had paid, i didnt hear back from them. I had to chase them to find them when the delivery would be and they gave me a few wrong dates, Eventua;lly when my delivery was bnooked for the 1st of May for both doors, they sent on ly one. I trook time off from work to be in at home only to recieve 1 door, They tried to shift the blame on their suppliers. The problem is I had paid a carpenter to fit them both on the same day and since the carpenter would have to return to my house on asecon occasion it would cost me £150 extra. Gloibal door staff anmely Jordan in orders and Sharon McNamee were very unempathetic and never bnothered to address my concerns. Eventually I just wanted to cancle my order and buy from anothe rsuplier as i was not prepard to lose more money and time from an unreliable and unscrupulous company like Global door.

The order and delivery went very smoothly. Communication with the supplier was also good. However, all the hinges are attached too low to the frame, and one of them is too close to the center of the door. This prevents precise adjustments.

I purchased a lovely composite front door from Global Doors.

The website was clear and easy to navigate. Ordering the dimensions was very straightforward forward and staff were also on hand to assist if needed.
The door arrived in very quick time, extremely well wrapped and looks very sturdy indeed.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of my made to measure composite door. Smooth order process online, delivered within 3 weeks and the price paid was outstanding for the craftmanship of the door. Even the fitter who installed the door was astounded by the quality and price. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new door to purchase from this company.

Really pleased with the service provided from Global Doors. The website was well set up and I was able to configure the door I wanted and was given a quote valid for 30 days there and then. Once I’d ordered my new door, I received a call within 24 hours to arrange for a home visit, which was included in the price. This was arranged around my schedule and didn’t take long for the measurements to be taken. I then received an email for me to confirm I was happy with the report provided. As soon as I confirmed, my new door went into production. Around 5 weeks later, as scheduled and date agreed, 2 lads turned up in a branded van with the company logo on their uniforms. They removed my old door and frame, installed the new and removed all mess at the back of them. There’s been a notable difference in the outside noise and temperature since the install. Very pleased with the overall experience at a good price. Will definitely use Global Doors again in the future.

Only disappointment was contact delivery turned up at 8am no phone call as instructed would still use company again

Bought a new composite front door with glass side and top panels. It was easy to order online but we were also able to speak to someone by phone to answer a question we had regarding thresholds. The quotation was much less than we had had from other companies and we are very happy with the door and whole purchase experience.

Patiently responding to my queries, l was informed promptly every step.

Easy order process, delivery on time, good communication between order and delivery, and finally, the door and frame was of a really good quality. Overall very pleased, and would recommend to anyone.
