Best Airport VIP services

I recently used Global Airport Concierge for my first international trip, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived at the airport, everything went so smoothly. The greeter was super friendly, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time.

As a first-time traveler, navigating an airport can feel overwhelming, but their guidance made all the difference. They helped with everything—from check-in to security—while staying by my side, answering my questions, and giving clear directions. It honestly felt like I had a travel buddy who knew the ropes, which made the whole process stress-free.

We used GAC this morning and Rika was excellent. She was polite, professional and clearly knew her way around Terminal 5 at Heathrow which was such a help. I would recommend GAC from my experience.

Paid $175; Received Nothing

I paid $175 to be met on 2/26 at the Hong Kong airport and escorted through check in, security, and to the gate. I receive a confirmation from GAC with my flight number, departure time and my airport arrival time weeks before 2/26. I contacted GAC on 2/25 to update my airport arrival time and was told by GAC, via email, they would be in contact with my car service company and coordinate my arrival with my GAC representative who would meet me upon my arrival at HKG. When I arrived at HKG, there was no GAC representative. When I informed GAC of this they told me, again via email, their representatives would only be available 2.5-3 hours prior to my flight time. I waited until 2.5 hours prior to my flight time and still had not been contacted by a GAC representative. I proceeded to get myself checked in, went through security by myself, and found my way to the gate, and eventually boarded my flight. At no time during that process did GAC provide a representative or reach out to me. Bottom line: I paid $175 and received NOTHING.

After conducting a thorough investigation into the matter, we discovered that the greeter assigned to your service encountered a personal emergency en route to the airport, which regrettably led to their inability to meet you as scheduled. Despite our efforts to address the situation promptly, including notifying the airport supervisor, we were unable to arrange alternative assistance due to a shortage of available staff at that time.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience this must have caused you, and we extend our sincerest apologies for falling short of your expectations. As a gesture of goodwill, we have processed a full refund for the service fee you paid, and we would like to offer you an additional 15% discount on your next journey with us.

Please accept our deepest apologies once again, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continuously strive to improve our services and ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future.
