Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Ordered a chair for mum on Friday and it was delivered on the Tuesday. We went for the Wye knuckle arm, dual motor, rise and recliner in the stone colour, it is perfect. My mum loves its comfort and how easy it now makes to her getting up and down from sitting. Highly recommend for quality and service.

Great service at the shop, Jane was very helpful with demonstrations and gave plenty of time. No pressure approach to sales and also offered a discount. Very easy to order and delivery was arranged for my chosen date. Delivery in specified time frame and those assembling were efficient and helpful.

Machine seems to work well.
It is quite heavy and I would recommend removing the battery before attempting to put in a car.

Purchased the sturdy for my wife
Purchased the sturdy for my wife. I can't believe how silent it actually is. Easy to control, light enough for me to lift and place in boot of car. Looks the part too. Really happy with purchase. Ordered on line, very late evening. The next morning glebe called me as they had a problem with the normal delivery and asked if I can wait or would I like to cancel. Obviously I said I'd wait. But she offered another option on next day delivery. Because I could bring the chair in myself it could go on pallet delivery. Fantastic, I felt she gave me every option possible. Great service in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Staff at Head office very good to deal with patient and helpful
Arranged a local supplier to open on a Saturday for me to test drive a few chairs as I was a bit overwhelmed by the choice
Decided on the Halo chair as it was very light and despite my condition I can lift it into the Car by myself
have since used this chair day to day and for 3 Cruise holidays and three holidays with airline flights
the chair has been wonderful ,have bought the travel carry case for flying and the crutches holders ,all easy to use
I cannot recommend this chair and this company enough, very happy customer
