Cool brand!
I really liked the brand and the persons in the store very helpful. The clothes are beautiful (I wanted to buy everything) haha
But there was a problem, I bought a shirt and the terminations were very bad. I was kind of sad when I arrived home and started to look... The price is ok if you buy something that you see is in perfect conditions, but that not happened with the shirt. The trousers and the socks were ok, very happy with them!

Beautiful clothes but sizing is terrible
Beautiful clothes, I love their gingham sets, but the sizing is so bad. I followed the size guide and ordered a M/L in some of the gingham trousers - I'm a size 10, occasionally a size 12 in some shops, and the size guide said the M/L is a 10/12. They fit fine in the leg and around the bum, but the elasticated waist was tiny. As soon as I took them out of the packaging I noticed it and it was no surprise that they didn't fit on the waist. More inclusive and accurate sizing would be great!

Lovely material
Material was lovely, fit was great but seam was pulling a little, didn’t want to risk keeping/ exchanging. Customer services were apologetic and replied swiftly and although it wasn’t initially explained well, it was rectified well.

Socks don't fit size 41
The socks were advertised as one size fits all. Sadly I didn't read they weren't bigger than size 37 or 38 (I got size 41) and felt very disapointed on receiving the socks. After contacted them about it I got an apology and a gift card. Great service.

I came to Glassworks looking for a dress for a wedding and received amazing customer service. The assistant pulled out lots of different dresses and suggested one I would not have picked out myself. I love the dress I bought! Beautiful colour, very comfy!

Lovely looking bag but disappointed with use
Disappointed with bag because it looked great. Vegan leather: material not very strong. Sadly material torn along stitching.

Quality of the product wasn’t great
Quality of the product wasn’t great. The design was good but the material cheap and once washed they lost their shape. Not great. Will not be purchasing again.
