Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback; we’re absolutely thrilled to hear you're loving the Instant Gels™. Four weeks of wear is exactly what we worked so hard for our customers to achieve!

We really appreciate you mentioning the length. It’s actually something we spent quite a bit of time considering when developing the Instant Gels™. Because they come pre-shaped and pre-sized, it was a bit tricky finding the balance between offering a range that works for as many nail shapes and lengths as possible while still keeping that quick, ready-to-apply experience. That said, we completely understand that they can feel a little on the longer side for some people, and your feedback is genuinely helpful in showing us where there may be room to improve.

We’ll absolutely pass this feedback along to our product team. We’re always looking at how we can make the Instant Gels™ even better, and comments like yours are a really valuable part of that process x

Thank you so much for giving our Instant Gels™ a try. It means the world to us to hear that you’re loving the look and overall finish!

But we’re really sorry to hear that you’ve had a bit of trouble with longevity. We absolutely don’t want your experience with the Instant Gels™ to feel like a hit-and-miss. One thing to note is that the fit of the Instant Gels™ can make a big difference here. Choosing the size that sits flush against your natural nail from sidewall to sidewall, without being too large or too small, is really important for getting the strongest possible bond.

We’d genuinely love to help you troubleshoot this so that you don't have to figure it out yourself. When you have a little bit of free time, could you please send us a DM or email us and just "FAO Patricia", I'd love to personally help you go through the fit and application. We’d really love to get to the bottom of it with you x

We’re absolutely over the moon to hear that you found our Instant Gels™ easy to use and found them to be a great fit! That honestly makes us so sooo happy to hear x

We completely understand what you mean about the length, though, and we regret that this meant spending extra time filing. To be completely transparent, the length was something we spent a lot of time thinking about when developing the Instant Gels™ range. It’s a bit of a balancing act, as we want to offer enough length and variety to suit different preferences, while still making sure there are options for those who prefer something shorter and more natural.

And we completely hear you on the colours and shapes. We’re always working on improving and expanding the range. If there are particular shades or designs you’d especially love to see in squoval, please feel free to send us a DM or email us at support@glamrdip.com, FAO Patricia. What a lovely review to receive! Thank you so, so much for your incredibly kind words, especially about our customer service. Honestly, hearing that you feel this way means more to us than we can properly put into words 💜

Customer service is truly at the heart of GLAMRDiP. We’re a small team, and making sure our customers feel looked after, listened to and genuinely supported has always been one of our biggest priorities, it’s a cornerstone of who we are as a little business. So to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience with us and would call our customer service “the best” is honestly beyond heartwarming. Thank you for taking the time to tell us x

And please don’t be discouraged if you’re finding the system a little tricky at first! We completely understand. Like learning any new skill - whether it’s baking something for the first time or even learning to crochet, there can definitely be a bit of a learning curve while you’re figuring out what works for you. Then, one day, it just clicks. Suddenly you know how much product you need, how to hold everything, how to shape and perfect your application, and it starts to feel almost second-nature.

The really important thing, though, is that you absolutely don’t have to figure it all out on your own. We’d genuinely love the opportunity to help you get there. If you’re ever unsure about anything, please send us a DM or email us at support@glamrdip.com, and we can take you through it, troubleshoot your application and give you personalised tips and tricks based on your setup.

And we think you’ve made a brilliant choice with the Instant Gels™ as another option, too! They’re such a handy backup for those days when you want gorgeous nails without spending the extra time on your dip application, you can have a complete set on in around 15 minutes or even less. It’s lovely to have both options depending on how much time you have or simply what you feel like doing that day x
