Just the stand was shattered when arrived

Fast delivery. Lovely mirror 🥰

The mirror I ordered arrived in a timely fashion, unfortunately the base and mirror do not match up, with screw holes misaligned, therefore the product cannot be used. I called customer services immediately who told me I must fill out the online returns portal (I find this odd but played along). This morning I have received an email telling me my return has been rejected as I have not selected the correct category of defect on the form (I chose faulty product, apparently I should have chosen inadequate quality, like it really matters. My question is, why not just change it on their end instead of causing a customer further frustration and inconvenience?

The product is clearly not fit for purpose and I feel the seller is just trying to delay for some reason.

Great customer care. The item arrived damaged and it was replaced without hassle.

We did have two mirrors arrive broken but there was no problem with quick replacements.

Great service, answered my questions very quickly despite saying it could take 24 hours, they actually came back to me in 1. I needed it delivered on a particular day and they arranged it without any issues.

Lovely Hollywood style LED mirror. Variable warmth light and brightness controls are great. Wall mounting was excellent. Our mirror was damaged in transit and Glamour Mirrors' customer service was excellent with a replacement dispatched the same day as we reported the broken delivery.

I was very happy with my recent purchase from Glamour Mirrors. The website was easy to navigate and it was very straightforward to place my order.

The mirror itself was in line with my expectations and was packaged well. Communication was good.

All I would say is that I get the impression Glamour Mirrors always has some form of discount/sale on, so I would advise waiting for them to email you with a discount code, rather than paying full price!

3 broken mirrors delivered in 3 days. Had to then organise returns and dispose if all 3 which was a half hour trip to tip. Great experience…not.

I’ve only had it for a few days but so far it’s been absolutely brilliant. It was super easy to put up on the wall and the brightness and colour of it is amazing, i would definitely recommend. The only thing i had trouble with is the feet,when i had the feet on the mirror, it would make the mirror look slanted and as if it was falling. However i think it’s a really good purchase and great size lol
