I am just really disappointed with the straighteners. Bought for me as a christmas gift, due to hair taking so long to self straighten only use a couple of times a month. They were a replacement for my 10+ yr old babylis. Promised that one or 2 strokes through my hair would be all it takes with a fab finish. Well that's not quite true. 4-5 strokes still required and my old straighteners do just as well.

Ash was completely brilliant! Made my girls feel beautifully when he did their hair and they loved it!! He is excellent in sharing the product and his job!

The guy at bluewater I think it was Ashish maybe did few strands of my hair but kept on being so pushy. I said I’ll see how it stays but he kept on convincing me to buy right now no thinking I felt so uncomfortable. Also he made a face when I said I really need to think to buy this

I am honestly still in shock after my experience with a salesperson at Amory London in Bluewater. His behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it completely put me off buying the product.
When I approached him, he made no effort to explain anything about how the product works. I asked about the prices and he simply said the number and walked away without giving any further information or assistance.
I later called him back because I was actually interested in purchasing. My birthday is next week 🎂 and I was thinking of coming back with my husband so he could gift it to me. Instead of being helpful, he told me that if I really wanted it I should just leave a deposit, and suggested that I was only making excuses and didn’t actually want to buy. He then walked away again while I was still talking.
I was left standing there in complete disbelief. I could not believe that someone working in customer service could treat a potential customer this way. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and undervalued, and because of it I am now seriously reconsidering buying from this company at all.

Elca was really welcoming and showed me how the revolutionary straighteners worked they glided beautifully over my hair. Elca was able to show me payment options too, unfortunately out of my budget…. But always have a Christmas list.

elca is the one that did my hair she had amazing customer service and was very polite. she’s done my hair amazingly.

I got my hair done by Claudia in Prauge Paladium shopping center and she was very friendly and nice and showed me how amazing this device is!

Not only are these the best hair straighteners I’ve ever used (and I was a GHD fan for years), but I was over joyed when after 4 years of constant use, there was a lose wire and they kept switching off, that they have arranged to send me a foc replacement

I bought my first Glide Brush for my niece last Christmas in Bergamo, Italy. I was amazed by the speed and precision with which it straightens even the curliest hair. An incredible product! I bought one for myself for my birthday last month. Unfortunately, perhaps due to a shipping issue, the brush arrived slightly damaged. Well, I simply emailed customer service with photos of the damage. Daniela, a friendly and knowledgeable representative, reassured me by saying she would send me a replacement right away. The package should arrive within a couple of days... I was amazed by the company's professionalism. Sure, the products are high-range, but the quality and excellent after-sales service fully justify the price. I will definitely buy your products again and will do great advertising for you in Italy!

I bought the amory straighteners and absolutely loved them but unfortunately they had an error message. I contacted customer support via their website and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Daniela was amazing, she immediately advised me what I should do and kept in contact with me. The replacement straighteners arrived very quickly. The customer service was excellent!

We brought straightners from a show just under a year ago have been turning off so rang Amory customer service spoke to a guy called Ben was so lovely told me to send over a photo of the cord cut and my warranty a brand new pair was sent out same day 24 hour delivery all received. Fantastic customer service from Amory London wouldn't use any other brand of hair tools. Thank you so much Amory London regards Haley ❤️
