Our formulas are carefully developed and tested through professional laboratories to ensure both performance and safety. Each ingredient is specifically selected for its purpose within the formulation, including those designed to support scalp comfort and hair condition. The products also undergo stability, compatibility and safety testing before being released to market.

Hair can respond differently depending on factors such as existing hair condition, previous chemical treatments (bleach, colour, keratin etc.), water hardness, product build-up from other brands, or the amount of product used.

Many customers find the scalp-focused formula helps balance the scalp while maintaining softness when paired with the correct conditioning routine.

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

Your delivery refund was actually processed at 1:26pm as a gesture of goodwill, prior to this review being posted (review posted 18 minutes ago). This was not issued as a result of the review.

In addition, the courier advised that the original delivery address provided could not be verified. The order was then redirected to a locker at your request, only the customer can redirect their parcel. When this type of change is made, the courier must pause the delivery while the shipping label details are updated, which unfortunately can cause delays that are outside of our direct control.

To clarify, we do not manually enter delivery addresses — the address details are provided at checkout and passed directly to the courier for shipping.

We always aim to assist customers as quickly as possible and are sorry that the delivery delay caused frustration. However, we do feel it’s important that the timeline and circumstances are accurately represented.

If you would still like to discuss the order further, please feel free to contact our support team again and we’ll be happy to help.

Our response times are stated as 24–72 hours depending on opening times, as we do not operate 24/7. While we always aim to respond as quickly as possible, especially during busy periods there may be a short wait.

We would also like to clarify that cancellation requests are not guaranteed, particularly if an order has already entered processing. Our system works quickly to dispatch orders, and once this process has begun, it may not be possible to stop shipment.

Regarding the email you received, we always aim to provide helpful guidance on how hair can react differently due to texture, porosity, environment, or product layering. We sincerely apologise if you found our response patronising, we did not advise you how to wash your hair, but pass on information that may be helpful on how much product to use for varying hair types.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, which are agreed to at the time of purchase, we’re unable to offer refunds for used or opened products unless they are damaged or faulty, rather than due to personal preference.
