We completely appreciate that hair and skincare are very personal, and unfortunately a range that works brilliantly for one person may not be suitable for another. We have different ranges specifically formulated for different hair types and concerns, so it’s possible that the products you selected simply weren’t the best match for your hair and skin.

We’re particularly sorry to hear that you feel the heat protection spray has caused hair loss. We do want to reassure you that the product does not contain ingredients that can cause hair loss, and there is no known reason within its intended use for the spray to cause hair loss. Hair loss occurs from the follicle beneath the scalp. A topical heat protection product applied to the hair does not affect the hair follicle or alter the natural hair-growth cycle.

We’re also sorry you felt frustrated regarding the shampoo subscription. The minimum payment/order term and subscription conditions are clearly displayed before an order is placed and before items are added to the basket. We also always recommend that customers try a product as a one-off purchase first if they are unsure whether it will be suitable for them, before committing to a subscription. We appreciate that this may not have been what you expected, but the two-payment minimum is part of the subscription terms presented at checkout and unfortunately cannot be made any clearer on the current ordering page.

We’re disappointed that your first experience with us hasn’t been a positive one, but we do appreciate your feedback. It’s incredibly useful to us when customers explain where products haven’t worked for them, as everyone’s hair and skin can respond very differently to individual formulations.

We hope you’re able to find products that are a much better match for your needs, and thank you again for giving our products a try.

We do just want to clarify that the contents of these bundles are outlined in the TikTok listing before purchase, in line with TikTok’s requirements. The bundles in question are cosmetic/makeup bundles and do not include haircare products, so the items received are within the advertised product category.

While you may have received multiple of the same product type, such as lip oils and lip scrubs, the lip oils are supplied in different shades, meaning the three bundles are not identical in terms of their actual products/variants. The items you have mentioned, including the lip oils and lip scrubs, are all included within the bundle listing and description before purchase.

We completely appreciate that mystery bundles aren't going to be everyone's cup of tea, particularly if you're hoping for a wider variety of product types. However, the contents and product categories are provided before purchase so customers can make an informed decision on whether the bundle is suitable for them.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We’d like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this order, as the information provided in this review does not reflect the full details of our correspondence.

Your order was dispatched containing the items purchased. As part of our standard dispatch process, orders are checked and weighed before leaving our warehouse. The parcel was subsequently delivered by the courier.

When you contacted us to report that the parcel had arrived empty, we did not refuse to assist or dismiss your claim. We asked you to complete a form containing the relevant information so that we could formally investigate the discrepancy with our warehouse and courier. This information is required as part of our investigation process, particularly where an order has been checked and weighed prior to dispatch.

The images provided also did not show any visible damage to the parcel that would explain how all of the contents could have been lost in transit.

We appreciate that receiving a parcel without the expected contents is frustrating, and we do take reports of this nature seriously. However, it would be inappropriate for us to issue a refund or conclude what happened without first completing the appropriate investigation.

We are therefore unable to agree with the suggestion that we send empty parcels or that we are refusing to assist. We have provided the appropriate process for investigating the reported issue and have requested the information required to proceed.

We remain willing to review the matter should the requested information be provided, as we would always want the opportunity to properly investigate any reported issue. However, without the required information, we are unable to determine what happened to the contents of the parcel or take the matter any further.

When a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we do have to follow the required process and gather the relevant information from the tracking and delivery confirmation provided to us. This can sometimes involve checking delivery details first before we can move forward with an investigation or resolution.

We are also sorry that you felt unable to speak with a member of our team. We do offer support through our customer service channels, and during extremely busy periods our response times can be longer than we would like, but every customer contact is important to us and we never want anyone to feel ignored.

We have recently experienced an exceptionally high volume of orders due to our sale period, which meant our dispatch times were longer than usual. While we do include a notice on our website advising that delivery times can be extended during busy promotional periods, we appreciate that not everyone sees this before placing their order, and we’re sorry this impacted your experience.

With our mystery boxes, the contents are selected at random, so there is always a possibility of receiving multiple products from the same category or duplicates. However, we do understand that receiving four lip products, including two of the same item, was not what you were hoping for and we appreciate your honest feedback.

If you have ordered a bundle without packaging then this will be how the order arrives, in a shipping box, all orders do not come with packaging as you can see from the images and description on our website.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been left frustrated while waiting for your refund. We completely understand how disappointing it is to be expecting funds back and not see them appear when you anticipate them.

We can confirm that your refund was processed from our side on 8th July. Once a refund has been issued, the funds are released back through the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear in your account is then controlled by your bank or payment provider. Unfortunately, this part of the process is outside of our control, and some banks can take several working days to display a completed refund.

We’re also sorry that you haven’t felt you’ve received enough communication from our team. We have been experiencing an extremely high volume of customer enquiries recently, which has impacted our usual response times, but we are working through all messages as quickly as possible.

We would recommend checking with your bank or payment provider using the refund date of 8th July, as they will be able to trace the funds on their side. If they require any further information from us, we’ll be more than happy to assist.
