L'aceto balsamico mi è stato spedito da Modena il 19 marzo. Abito a Brescia: Oggi 26 marzo non mi è ancora stato recapitato. Pare che la confezione abbia subito un guasto nel trasporto. Mi è stata spedita un'altra confezione. Il secondo corriere è stato puntualissimo. Devo sottolineare la grande correttezza del comportamento della ditta Giusti, ditta di grande affidabilità, che ringrazio sentitamente.

Ci teniamo a sottolineare che non appena venuti a conoscenza dell'impedimento, abbiamo tempestivamente predisposto una nuova spedizione che è stata regolarmente consegnata in data 27 Marzo.
Inconvenienti di trasporto possono purtroppo accadere, ma per noi di Giusti la priorità è non lasciare mai solo il cliente e rimediare subito a ogni imprevisto.

spedizioni disastrose e customer care da rivedere
Le spedizioni sono state un disastro. Nella prima, divisa in due pacchi, uno dei pacchi è stato smarrito. Dal momento che il tempo passava senza che avessi notizie malgrado avessi segnalato il problema, ho richiesto un invio ex novo dei prodotti macanti in modo che poi l’azienda avesse tutto il tempo di rivalersi eventualmente sul corriere. Procedono, quindi, all’ulteriore spedizione e, a causa di un prodotto non adeguatamente sigillato, si danneggiano anche altri prodotti contenuti nel pacco. A questo punto, avendo perso ogni fiducia nel buon esito delle spedizioni, chiedo un rimborso dei prodotti initilizzabili. Mi viene concesso ma evidentemente la calcolatrice non ha funzionato bene ed ho ricevuto 1€ in meno. Di certo non si tratta di una cifra importante ma, considerando i ritardi ed il disagio di dover sempre contattare il servizio clienti (assolutamente gentilissimo), mi sarei aspettata, invece di un euro in meno, di ricevere magari un omaggio nell’ultimo invio.

Sulla differenza di prezzo riscontrata, ti confermiamo che la piattaforma rimborsa l'esatto importo speso in automatico e senza trattenute; minime discrepanze possono dipendere esclusivamente dai circuiti bancari.
