A Must-Visit Experience for Food Lovers
I took the tour and participated in the tasting afterward, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The tour was comprehensive, informative, and provided fascinating insight into the history, tradition, and craftsmanship behind Giusti’s world-famous balsamic vinegar.
Our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the process. Seeing the aging rooms and learning how the vinegar develops its unique character over time gave me a new appreciation for the dedication required to produce such an exceptional product.
The tasting was the perfect conclusion to the tour. Each balsamic vinegar showcased remarkable depth, complexity, and flavor, and the staff did an excellent job explaining the differences between them. It was both educational and delicious.
Whether you’re a food enthusiast or simply curious about one of Italy’s most iconic culinary treasures, I highly recommend visiting Giusti. This was one of the highlights of my trip to Modena, and I left with a much greater appreciation for traditional balsamic vinegar.

Product has yet to arrive after 4 weeks. A delivery issue with DHL. Caught up on Customs in the US for the first time and I cannot get an email back from the company with any assistance.

packaging e dosatore non ottimali
L'imballo è arrivato parzialmente aperto nella sua scatola in legno, la sicura non era chiusa in maniera adeguata. Il tappino in sughero si è rotto a metà dopo un paio di utilizzi, probabilmente sono stato poco delicato. Non trovo particolarmente funzionale la modalità di utilizzo del dosatore, che essendo in sughero si sporca spesso sui contorni.
Sull'aceto balsamico DOP affinato nulla da recriminare, ottimo.

Indeed, the order arrived, only incomplete. "1 Silver Medal - Cubica × 2" is missing. We would receive a single box with the rest of the products, except for these 2 bottles. I have also attached the pictures of the products.
