Well made shoes, fit as expected and hoped. They arrived quickly and just as depicted on the website. I'd really like to have more style change options across the board - e.g. I see different embellishment options for very similar shoes.

I bought the Men’s Oxford Shoes 5709 in blue. They looked great on the website, that’s where the positives end.

After just two wears, they already look battered. The toe cap creases instantly because it’s positioned too high, a rookie design flaw that decent shoemakers know to avoid. These aren’t premium shoes; they’re cheap knock-offs dressed up in a slick website.

As soon as I put them on, I knew something was wrong. They’re horribly uncomfortable, especially around the ankle. I assumed they’d soften with wear, but it turns out it’s terrible design. The collar (where you put your foot into the shoe) is cut far too high and digs into your ankle with every step. Another basic design mistake.

And speaking of the website, don’t fall for their never-ending “sale.” I bought during what I thought was a genuine Black Friday deal. Turns out, they always have a fake countdown running to trick you into buying. At the time of writing, they’re website isn't even displaying the fake timer properly. Also, their website has an review page with "4.86/5" fake reviews, no reviews to support the fake rating and a "G" logo which is meaningless, presumably G for 'Girotti' so fake.

I’ve been completely ripped off, badly made, badly designed, overpriced garbage. Girotti is a sham operation hiding behind glossy photos and misleading discounts. Avoid like the plague.

Stunning shoes made with beautiful materials & design. Excellent fit with a unique & stylish look.

Ordered shoes back in March for my wedding in July. Come mid June they still hadn’t arrived. I gave up and cancelled the order. Then had to fight and wait weeks to get my money back.

Quality of material, overall design, workmanship, comfort level.

Initially, before placing my order, the Girotti website says it’s 10 business days for delivery! But it’s actually took 2 months to receive my shoes. The customer service were responsive, giving all long feedbacks on my emails, but wasn’t the expected time for delivery. The shoes are nice, unique actually, but given it was hand painted, there’s some minor uneven colors. Overall I like them, would I repeat the experience I would say NO.

Beautifully made with high quality leather, good fit and accurate colour, just like photo. Very comfortable and multi purpose.

Nice to walk around with shoes that are as unique as you are!

First time I ordered shoes from here and I was a little concerned about how they would come out. I ordered a lavender color to go with a lavender dress that I wore for a garden wedding. The shoes look beautiful and have a soft buttery leather that is so comfortable. I wore the shoes comfortably for many hours and got several compliments on them . There is a lot of value for the money here!

The shoes are superbly hand crafted and you'll see no one else with a pair of shoes on like these.
I hope to buy another in a different color. This Penny Loafer has a look and style unlike any others I've seen. I will be purchasing more, now that I'm hooked on your style.

The first pair was delivered on time but I’m still waiting for the second pair
Each time I phone or email they tell me it’s delayed in production . At the outset I was told it will be two weeks but that had now well passed .
Very poor communication by the company and I’m very disappointed and annoyed

I received custom-made boots with the wrong calf width twice – despite providing clear specifications. After my second complaint, customer service only responded until I returned the boots. After that: complete silence. Not even a threat to involve the consumer protection agency prompted a reply.

NO REFUND: 300 € simply gone!

The supposedly “Italian” shoes are actually made in Bulgaria – just like the owner. Anyone who thinks they’re buying Italian quality here is being misled. It’s worth checking the legal notice and the terms & conditions!

GIROTTI systematically deletes negative reviews from their own website. Stay far away from this shop!

The quality is great; my only challenge is that the turnaround time from the order date to delivery takes too long.
