Their delivery time is very inaccurate and they do not provide you with honest communication as to the status of your order. I placed an order for 4 items, three items came late and the foutrth I am yet to receive. I placed the order in mid-July and it is now approaching mid-August and there is no communication, if or when I will receive. The quality is not good enough for me to overlook this blatantly poor customer service.

There was a consistent delay in the delivery process; however, I did receive a discount and the shoes are exactly as expected. You need to improve your procedures, but the product is good.

Shoe is of good quality, well made and are very comfortable so far.
A bit surprised that the burgundy color is as reddish as it is. Trying to use cordovan shoe color to tone it down a bit.

Simply said stunning shoes

We ordered 2 pairs of long boots for my Wife's Christmas present in October and waited patiently for them to arrive, one pair arrived mid December and they did not fit despite us measuring correctly, we were unable to start a return until the order was complete so we had to wait until the end of January when the second pair arrived, these too did nit fit and upon measuring the calf dimension i could see they were clearly under size, I sent details and pictures but they claimed they were correct and we had not measured my wife's calf's correctly !
they then offered to make new boots in different designs as an alternative, we just asked to be able to return the boots for a refund and even offered to pay shipping which they ignored stating they would replace them with new boots, the new boots duly arrived and again they were undersize across the foot despite measuring very carefully. we now have 4 pairs of boots that they will not accept back for refund and they are hiding behind their terms of sale, despite the headline on their website stating free returns this is only if the goods are faulty and not if you don't like them or if they don't fit properly,
please stay away from this company as the sizes are incorrect and they do not give good customer service.

I fell in love with these shoes on the website. The details (almond toe, specific colour of leather, heel height etc) are really hard to find all in one shoe! I also really liked that you could request specific measurements (wide/narrow foot or calf).

I paid and was really excited, then I read some of the terrible reviews and was really worried.

The shoes took a few weeks to arrive, but all communication was prompt and friendly. When they got here, I tried them on and they fit perfectly. They were comfortable (I've worn them for full days), warm, well-made and beautiful. Everything that was promised. Highly recommend!!

Great selection, especially helpful for wide feet or calves. Allow at least two weeks for production, then I waited a further three weeks for delivery to New Zealand. But worth the wait!

My new Girotti 'Chelsea' boots are absolutely beautiful, in a gorgeous shade of blue, complete with brogueing. I haven't worn them yet because it is so hot here in the summer months... but I shall enjoy them when cooler weather arrives.
