Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Contacted them via email re a refund I was waiting for. Immediate response and although there had been some error and my returned parcel wasn’t showing, because I had proof I’d dropped it at the post office, there was no questions just a fab response and a quick refund ..all actioned within 10 minutes! Fantastic! Thank you Gini…although returned an item I will definitely be looking to purchase from you again ,

Amazing Quality

Bought a beautiful dress via Debenhams, much nicer in real life than in photos and amazing quality. Refund to Klarna.

I ordered three beautiful dresses from Gina, however, they were all too long for my 5’2” frame and so I packaged them up and returned them. I had paid for them via Klarna, with an arrangement of 3 instalments, the first payment taken out immediately. I noticed that the second payment was due to come out even though I had returned the dresses, so I notified Klarna, who paused the payment. I then contacted Gina, as some time had gone by since the package had been returned via Royal Mail. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email the next morning confirming the return and an immediate refund. This was dealt with by Jiya, who was very pleasant and apologetic.

I ordered a skirt which never arrived I contacted Gini London who did refund me and said that item is no longer in stock, but it is still showing as available on the website.
They tried to blame courier but the tracking said that the courier was awaiting the item from Gini London.
Total waste of time, will avoid this company in future.

Prompt and helpful response

I ordered a Gini London dress via Debenhams but received the wrong size. Dealing with Debenhams customer service to resolve this was a slow and tortuous process. I contacted Gini London’s customer service team and got a comprehensive and prompt response from Jiya who confirmed the correct size had been dispatched and indeed it was delivered later the same day. Next time I’ll avoid the middle man and go to Gini London direct.

I ordered 3 Gini London dresses through…

I ordered 3 Gini London dresses through Matalan. Unfortunately, none of them suited me so I decided to return them. I assumed, I'd be able to return them to Matalan but they don't accept returns so I returned them to Gini London. After nearly a month, I have finally received my refund. Jiya (customer services ) was extremely helpful, she responded to my emails quickly and dealt with this as best she could, however, due to the length of time it took to get my money back, I would be very hesitant to order from here again.

Would not recommend

I wanted to return the only two dresses I ordered from this company. I requested to do this as instructed on their website but never received anything back. I emailed three times to different email addresses, I also sent a copy of the tracking details but I still have not received any reply or of course my refund. I will not being using them again and I don't recommend them. Extremely unhappy with after sales service. #107421

Excellent Customer Service and Quality of Products

This was my first time ordering from Gini London. I originally came across their products on the Matalan website, but decided to order directly from Gini London as they had a discount code available, whereas Matalan's promotion only applied to their own branded products.

When my order arrived, unfortunately two items were missing. The only contact method I could find was an email address, so I got in touch and received a very quick response. I must admit I was a little nervous at first because I only read the reviews after the issue occurred and couldn't find any other way to contact the company. That's actually one of the reasons I wanted to leave this review.

From the moment I emailed, Jiya provided nothing but outstanding 5-star customer service. She responded promptly, kept me updated, and arranged replacement items without any hassle. I genuinely could not have asked for better service.

I ordered two bikinis and I'm delighted with both of them. The quality is excellent, they fit perfectly, and they look exactly as expected.

Based on both the product quality and the exceptional customer service I received, I would definitely order from Gini London again and would highly recommend them to others.

Selected Express Delivery at the…

Selected Express Delivery at the checkout when placing my order 1 week ago. Till now the order still hasn't been delivered to me and and was only handed to the courier yesterday. Poor service.

Jiya from customer services team helped me out with my returns process( which I had purchased via Debenhams). Very efficient, quick and professional. She sent me the returns label via email as I was struggling with getting one myself via the portal.

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service

I bought a black and white striped jumper from Gini London. Straight away, the black fluffed up and merged into the white - making the jumper look terrible and unwearable. Contacted Gini, but no response. Awful quality. Avoid.

The customer service was excellent even…

The customer service was excellent even though I used their "chat" service I was still communicating with a real person as opposed to automated answers. The person who I dealt with was Rae who was extremely helpful and a credit to the company. I would have given a five star review but unfortunately one of the items I received had a slight fault on it but in all fairness I received a refund without any problems thanks in part to Rae
