The advice we received for our trip to discover Rome was spot on. Ginge Tours booked us a lovely hotel in a great central location that was delightful, where the service was excellent. We were close to all the historical sights, and Ginge Tours helped us to make the most of our time. We will definitely use them again - our first choice!

We wanted to explore our options for honeymoon destinations and a colleague recommended Ginge Tours, who very quickly got back to us with a list of recommendations including costs. They were very professional and responsive to all our questions during the booking process. We have now just returned from our honeymoon in Phuket where we stayed in a lovely hotel in a quiet location. Ginge Tours also arranged hotel transfers with English speaking guides who were subsequently a great resource for arranging reliable tours throughout our stay. We even had a bottle of champagne and a personal message from Jo and Geoff on arrival at the hotel, which was a nice touch.

Once again a really fabulous holiday thanks to Ginge tours. This year we have been fortunate to have enjoyed 5 amazing breaks, all have been arranged through Ginge Tours with help from Geoff and Jo.

The breaks included a London Theatre trip to see Tina Turner and a visit to the Light rooms (we enjoyed our stay at Charing Cross hotel). Sorrento in May to celebrate a birthday, a family holiday to Corfu in August, a weekend break in Paris with a friend in August and 10 days in Tenerife this October.

Tenerife is a place we had never been to before. The Gran Tocande hotel Costa Adeje, recommended by Geoff was perfect, the staff the amenities and food were excellent. The flight times arranged for us maximised our time in Tenerife which was brilliant. It was a relaxing and tranquil holiday, we hired a car and visited attractions in the North recommended by Ginge Tours such as Loro Park and enjoyed our excursion to Mount Teide. We so very much enjoyed our time there that we want to revisit.

Ginge Tours have looked after us, the App is really useful and together with messages from Geoff or Jo we are kept informed of any flight delays or other changes.

Geoff & Jo arranged our trip to Mauritius to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was fantastic. The hotel was wonderful & all the travel arrangements came together seamlessly. Geoff organised a bespoke trip for us into Austria, Slovakia & Hungary, arranging flights, transfers, hotels & car hire. I appreciated the personal contact throughout and good, speedy communications & excellent customer service when an issue arose involving a third party. I wouldn't hesitate to consult Geoff again.

Ginge Tours delivered 100%.Geoff asked us to challenge him with our whales and wildlife itinerary, and he cetianly delivered! Trustworthy and reliably efficient at every location, from accommodation staff, to nature guides, to drivers. South Africa was a brilliant destination if you are a nature/wildlife lover. Fantastic quality tented lodges, brilliant to know Geoff and Jo were just a phone call away,if needed.

We cannot thank Geoff and Jo enough for organising our recent holiday to Rome. We have been so impressed with their attention to detail and the extra special touches to ensure this was a memorable and special time for us. We loved the Trip plan app which is so easy to use and everything is so organised. Geoff even informed us that our flight home was delayed before Easy Jet told us. Ginge Tours did another brilliant job booking a holiday for us two days before we wanted to go ! Within 10 minutes of raising our enquiry , Geoff was in touch and booked it for us! He took away the worry of booking on line and did all the paperwork. We were confident knowing that we had got the best price and it was so lovely to be sent emails by Jo wishing us a wonderful holiday and letting us know that they were available at any time should we have any questions or problems. Ginge tours arranged our trip to Normandy to visit the D Day Landing beaches. This was a special trip with three sisters and our mother to visit Gold Beach where our grandfather landed on D Day.
We gave Geoff the date and he sourced the ferry, hotel and even arranged a private guided tour using old photos to locate places our grandfather had been.

I have recently returned from the holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday together with my friends. The four of us agreed that we wanted to do something special so decided that the orient express was the way to go. I normally consider myself an independent traveller but this was a Biggy so I spoke to Geoff at Ginge Tours and Travel and I am so glad that I did. After telling him what we wanted he came back with a few suggestions and over the next few weeks between us we came up with a bespoke plan for the orient express followed by a cruise around the Adriatic and Italy, this was coupled with a few nights in Venice and Rome too. Geoff’s knowledge of hotels and cruise companies was useful in helping choose the right voyage for us. Geoff also sorted the rail connections, the hotel and airport transfers, the overnight hotels and the orient express reservations and cruise bookings. Using his expertise and knowledge he then went on to upgrade our cruise cabin, dining and drink packages. He also chose some lovely city centre hotels in Venice and Rome for us. Despite our holiday having so many different elements and connections everything clicked perfectly into place. The trip app was priceless, especially considering the number of travel tickets, transfers and reservation vouchers we needed. All these were up loaded onto the app. Having everything in one place and in date order, together with a brief explanation of the day’s activity, it was ideal. Being able to contact Geoff and discuss my holiday plans at any time was also so very reassuring and made the experience that little bit more personal. I speak for all four of us when I state that he did a splendid job in sorting our memorable holiday experience.

We have booked 4 trips through Ginge Tours, of which we have been on 1 so far.
Not only was Ginge tours cheaper on all 4 than other travel agents and the market in general, you get excellent communication and the personal touch.
I feel like Geoff takes the time to listen and get to know you before recommending a hotel.
We have had to rearrange one of the trips due to family ill health and being able to message Geoff and have everything taken care of without the usual stress of being on hold and calling call centres has been fantastic. It’s taken the stress out of moving the holiday and has enabled us to focus on looking forward to our future date.
Geoff’s first hand knowledge has been spot on. We flew to Toronto with an airline we hadn’t used before. Airtransat and Geoff recommended extra leg room over premium. How right he was, cheaper but far superior leg room than those in front. So much so, the lady next to me had flown out premium and chosen to fly back extra leg room.
I have recommended Ginge Tours to a number of colleagues, who have now booked with them too.

I cannot recommend Ginge Tours highly enough. Due to their expertise myself and my wife had the holiday of a lifetime. We have not been the most adventurous travellers in the past but Ginge Tours made this so much easier. The process is so simple i just told them the kind of holiday we wanted and what rough budget we were working with. Very quickly i had a reply with some recommendations. The holiday we selected was amazing with safari and accomadation superb.
The itenery we received was detailed and very easy to follow and if there are any changes this is updated immediately on line or the app.
Communication was also fantastic as during the stay one of the airlines cancelled our flight but even before we were notified of this Ginge Tours had arranged an alternative flight and contacted us to tell us the new arrangements.
I will 100% be using Ginge Tours again to plan our holidays. Thank you

Great service from Ginge Tours and Geoff and a wonderful holiday to the States. From the outset gave us great advice and helped formulate an itinerary second to none. Before booking gave various options of hotels we could stay in and villa rentals.

The outcome being 5 nights in New York, 4 in Washington and 7 on the Gulf Coast. All train and plane transfers done for us along with car rental and quality accommodation.

Had access to all the paperwork/tickets online and any queries we had were quickly answered. Took the hassle of organising it away. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great service.

We’ve recently returned from a 10 day all-inclusive, Jet2 holiday that was booked through Ginge Tours.
Firstly, they saved us money against the Jet2 price, which was a bonus & had private transfers to resort, complimentary fast track, best seats on plane.
Secondly, it was a totally stress free experience, Ginge Tours sent us everything we needed for our holiday, they made regular contact keeping us updated on things like queues at passport control in Turkey, so we knew to factor this in for our journey home.
Overall it was a 5 star, thankyou Ginge Tours, we’ll be in touch for 2025 trip & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services!!

We tested Geoff and Jo with finding a holiday to Florida to match our exact dates and budget and they came up trumps. Everything from flights, accommodation to car hire went smoothly with a couple of free extra trips thrown in. The App is really good to use and any questions we had were answered quickly. First time using Ginge Tours to book a holiday but certainly will not be the last. Given this was Geoff’s first experience with Disney World, the entire process was seamless and the trip plans app was useful to confirm flight times, transfer picks ups etc.
We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in Orlando, it was everything we hoped it would be.
