I bought a jewel and they sent me the empty box . it was disappointing.

During the 2nd day of usage the opal stone fell off. Luckily, the stone was not lost, but I was very disappointed.

They promised to ship within 2 days. Shipping label was created on 1/4/23. On 1/9/23 they weren’t even close to shipping it. It felt like a scam to me. If they can’t ship when they say they will, they aren’t to be trusted.

Though my order has not been received yet, I am impressed with how quickly it was shipped. I will do more business with Gin and Grace in the future!

I purchased a 10k rose gold opal ring for my wife's Christmas. After wearing the ring for just 9 days the stone fell out. It's no where to be found. The stone was not set properly at all. I have sent multiple emails and even tried the "chat now" feature only to be told no one is available. Still waiting on a answer back. It's ridiculous a company can take that much money from you with 0 customer service. I am enraged

Opal stone fell out of my fiance's engagement ring putting hay into a styrofoam cooler and have been trying for 4 days for them to address the issue if bad setting of the stone

ordered a ring a week before christmas because it said it would be here in two days its now the 23RD and its just been shipped ill probably never buy here again

Ordered this exact ring as allegedly pictured on website. It was meant to be an Xmas gift for my wife. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The ring I received was a dull, white, opal with zero gem colour. It was what we call a ‘potch opal’ and the website picture is an absolute, blatant lie. It is false advertising at its finest. Also, the band had no markers as to its grading or authenticity. I will show the wife on Xmas day, but I am sure she will be as gutted as me. Standby for a return and I expect a FULL REFUND Gin and Grace! Ver very poor..don’t mislead people!

Bought a Tanzanite necklace for my wife’s birthday. For whatever reason the jewelry stores did not have any in stock. Gin and Grace had a great selection and the one I chose arrived on time. My wife loved the necklace. Will definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a tanzanite ring via their website on Oct 8th. When it arrived, it looked nothing like what was shown in the picture-- it looked like it was cheaply made and didn't have any markings showing that it was 925 silver despite claiming to be so on their website. I requested a return label which arrived a few days later, repackaged the ring and dropped it off at USPS on Oct 19th. By Oct 26th, USPS tracking had shown that the ring arrived back at their office, but I still hadn't seen a refund on my credit card a few days later, so I sent a request to their support email asking when I'd receive my refund. No response. After two subsequent requests with no response, it's now been two weeks since they've received my return package and I have seen no refund and don't have another path for recourse.

Edit: after this review I received a refund from them within a day.

Well it seems odd to review customer service when literally all I've done was give $600 away to a company I hope is legit... I will say the pieces are gorgeous especially the ones I purchased. I HAD to have it. I'm more than happy to leave a review when I actually receive the ring
