I ordered a Madelyn sapphire ring. I was extremely pleased with what I received. It just sparkled from the moment I opened the box. My ring arrived in a very timely fashion. This was my first purchase, but it won't be my last.

The pendant is as displayed, i.e. it's beautiful and worth the money. However two things to note:

1. The chain was annoyingly tangled
2. There is no certificate of authenticity. How do I know I received an Ethiopian opal? I don't

I liked the fact that I could chat with someone to get answers to my questions. Shipping was a few days later than expected , but it was the weekend before the holiday. So it is understandable.the jewelry itself was as described, the correct size and beautiful. The only negative falls on the shipping service. The jewelry was left at my front door. Luckily we live in a relatively safe neighborhood or who knows if it would have been there when we arrived home from work

The tanzinite was too light.i need to return it. What do I need to do.

Fantastic service and VERY high quality jewelry. the 7×5mm oval tanzanites in solid 14k white gold were absolutely beautiful. Fantastic deep violet-blue color and very nice cutting. And the price was fantastic!

I ordered this ring in December and the Emerald fell out in May. I emailed them and never got a response until I went on their site and messaged with them. Finally after some time I sent the ring back to them and charged me $50 to add the Emerald. Not a problem. Two weeks later the ring completely broke. It’s almost like the ring is terribly made. I’ve never had so many problems with a ring I spent $300+ on.

My order was easy and receiving was fast. We corresponded back and forth in a timely manner. Their prices were good and I would order from them again.

The delivery was very quick! The ring was not the right size for me and I mailed it back to them after three days they sent me the right size!

The beautiful Amethyst 10K gold ring is stunning! Its brilliance stands alone. We ordered online, received it quickly requiring a signature and we are very pleased with their service.

I actually dropped the ring the day I got it and a fairly large piece broke off the emerald. I was devistated because I was supposed to propose that day. Now I’m out 700 dollars and still not engaged
