I love gin and grace. I’ve bought maybe 5 rings and several pairs of earrings over the last few years. Everything is holding up beautifully.

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for weeks to process my return and now we are getting close to the return window closing. Very frustrated.

I received this very quickly and it was stunning!

The company noticed that the ring I had ordered had a defect and they offered me another ring. They showed me pictures that were “live” and I was able to tell what the product was. They sent it to me, and I loved it. All was done in a timely manner.

I ordered a ring from Gin and Grace that was advertised as 10K gold, but upon receiving it, I realized it is clearly costume jewelry. The product description on their website is completely misleading, claiming the ring is solid gold when it is not.

To make matters worse, their website prominently states "free shipping and returns" and a "60-day return policy", yet they have been completely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to initiate a return. I have sent more than 8 emails, and not only have I received no reply, but I am now receiving delivery failure notifications, which suggests my emails are being blocked.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a company that advertises high-quality jewelry and customer satisfaction. I feel deceived by their false claims about product quality and their failure to honor their stated return policy.

If someone from Gin and Grace reads this, I demand you contact me immediately to provide instructions for returning this product and issue a full refund. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from this company, as their product descriptions and customer service are not trustworthy.
