Superb customer care from Ross Holder. Swift, honest and professional communication from Ross which you don’t get from many retailers. I would highly recommend Gillies as a result of his interactions with us.

Usual great service this time from Laura and Kaylie in Perth. No hard sell and no pressure.

From start of issue to swap date. Amy in Customer Services called several times to give an update on progression. On the day of the swap delivery chaps were prompt and polite too. Amy called again the following day to check all went smoothly and goods were satisfactory too. Great customer service.

We recently purchased a two seater leather recliner sofa also a leather recliner chair from Gillies Broughty Ferry Dundee, Service from this company was excellent from ordering the furniture to delivery.

Welcoming, visible staff to assist. Knowledgeable on products - in my case mattresses. Excellent delivery service too.

Fantastic service. Both Marcelina in the bedding dept and Ruaridh in the furniture dept could not be more helpful. The communication before delivery was also very impressive. Thank you.

The service received from Gillies was excellent, both in store with the helpful and knowledgeable staff, and from the polite and efficient delivery staff who made sure our items arrived safely and were carefully placed in their final destination. We were extremely happy with our purchases, which were of very high quality and of the customer service we received throughout.

Good advice before purchasing delivered as promised

We could not have asked for better service from Kaylie, but also from James and Laura in the Perth shop. The time given, the research undertaken, the product knowledge provided, the attentive service given with follow up communications were all exemplary. This made our experience most pleasurable.

Lovely choice of rugs, must say the patience of the salesman was exceptional

Fantastic, efficient and friendly service. Everything you would expect from Gillies!

Notification of time and arrived in that time frame. Furniture installation excellent and all wrappings taken away. Very satisfied

Always get great service from the staff.
Bill took the extra time to search for the item we were wanting. Much appreciated.

From start to finish I cannot fault Gillies. Craig was the perfect sales host and nothing was too much trouble. We looked at so many sideboards but needed the right colour and fast delivery. Craig helped with this. 2 days later our sideboard arrived and they were the happiest delivery team! Singing and talkative. Well done Gillies.
