Nice salesgirl, ( think her name was Suzanne) let’s us take our time , no pressure, very efficient.
( not sure of exact date in July )

The delivery team were very knowledgeable about the furniture which they delivered and made sure that it all worked and that we were happy with their explanation and that we had no outstanding questions. They also removed all excess packaging and left the house clean and tidy.

The staff in the Aberdeen store are just great and cannot do enough for you. We have furnished 2 houses from there and cannot fault the products or the service. Would suggest a new range of object d,arts would be advisable.

Great service and very prompt delivery of my Denby Glasses

Good quality furniture and friendly staff.

Was looking for a new sofa and visited after being at other companies.
Kerri was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy when perusing the store. Gave us a sample so we could check with our colour scheme in our living room, things like that make the difference when deciding who to shop with.
Returned to store, got quote, talked though the process and purchased. No hassle what so ever! Great experience!

Salesman Luke was very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The quality of the product is superb.

The delivery men were very careful when they brought the items in and constructed the table. They clearly explained how to extend the table.

Excellent service in store from a knowledgeable salesman.
Delivery guys were also great. Polite young men who took their shoes off to go upstairs with our sofa and careful not to scratch any walls.
This is our third purchase from Gilles this year and would highly recommend them.

A new double bed, sheets, quilt cover, pillows and pillowcases - the lot! The staff were very helpful and supportive.

Friendly helpful staff, good customer service.

The personal service was excellent and also keeping me up to date about delivery

Great selection of furniture in store allowing you to see the quality rather than online. Service great and fair prices. Delivery guys were great also.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The sales team (Neil in Aberdeen) to the admin team in Dundee (Fiona) who were very transparent and kept me up to date with deliveries and my queries. Thank you.

Tom was a very helpful salesperson . Advised us in great detail as to what armchairs would be most suitable for our needs. Gillies contacted us that armchairs had been received gave us a choice of delivery dates and a text message advising time of delivery . Perfect

We were looking for a dining table. Ruaridh took time to demonstrate the features of the table we were interested in and brought various chairs to match with it. He gave us various payment options and time and privacy to think about our decision.
We found all the staff to be friendly and kind to our 2 year old grandson who was with us, but Ruaridh was especially good with him.
We were impressed with quality of the furniture in general, with the attractive sale prices and also loved that there was a cafe upstairs with great views, more lovely staff and a fabulous bacon roll!

Very good job fitting my hall/stair carpet. Both guys left a clean site and were on time. Quality carpet

Emma Masson was extremely helpful both on the phone and in store.
