Recently started using GIIGHIRE and I’m very impressed

I can't recommend Giig enough, Luke has been an incredible help to me since I launched my business, going way above and beyond what anyone could expect to support me with whatever I needed.

The product is great, really easy to use and very functional, and they are always willing to listen to suggestions on how to make the recruiting experience better.

For a recruitment business, particularly a start up/smaller organisation, Giig is the perfect platform.

What has really stood out to me besides the intuitive features is the Customer Support.

Issues and queries are handled quickly and you feel like you're dealing with humans - which thankfully you are!

I recently joined GIIg, and I have to say the customer service is second to none. No task is too big for them, and they are always willing to help. I'm really glad I made the switch—so far, I have no complaints! The system is user-friendly, and with continuous advancements, I believe this will become an even more fantastic platform to work on.

I've been using giig for a few weeks now and I love it! I love the simplicity of the functions and layout, especially compared to the over-complicated and expensive CRMs I've used in the past.

I’ve saved myself so much time and actually managing my BD admin better now with the pipeline display.

It was easy to use, smooth and great for small recruiters starting up - very efficient and able to scale it up when growing

Straightforward and easy to use platform. Have been watching their growth for a while now and decided to transfer over today.

Transition was seamless with an easy to use interface, csv date transfer, and ai assisted posting.

Not overly expensive either

Giig is easy to use and its free forever version is actually usable without tricking you into the additional features. No credit card or trial period is needed for this. Crucially, no long-term contracts for the paid version. The additional features are affordable and more being added all the time. The team is super responsive and helpful. Just at the start of my Giig journey but full marks so far and can't wait to see where the team take this.

I have used Giig for two start-up recruitment projects and have found the CRM functional and easy to use. The support is fantastic; the team listen to your requests and solution design very quickly. I would highly recommend Giig for anybody looking for a highly cost effective, flexible CRM system.
