A game-changer for recruitment!

I’ve been using Giig past two weeks, and I’m really impressed with what the platform has to offer. From the start, it’s been an absolute breeze to use. Compared to other CRM and ATS systems I’ve tried, Giig stands out not only for its features but also for its affordability and exceptional customer service.

The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage candidates and placements without getting bogged down in complex software. Andy and Luke have been incredibly helpful, answering any questions and ensuring I was set up and running smoothly.

Where do I start?! I've got 15 years recruitment experience and have used all of the usual suspects (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Eclipse, TriSys etc etc) and this wins hands down.

The free version is the best FREE Recruitment CRM I have ever seen! Initially drawn in by the "no credit card needed" offer because I can't stand companies that just start billing me out of the blue if I don't cancel and I'm glad it did draw me in. I didn't need to have a free website built using the system but wish I'd have known about it before mine was built... I do use the vacancies page and was talked through the process of integrating the vacancies page onto my own site by the support guys.

On that note, the online chat is really helpful for when first setting up, or if you're confused about something - everyone I've spoken to is super helpful and if they can't answer something there and then, they actually take ownership and get back to you within a reasonable amount of time!

I decided to go for the upgraded version to Pro and I'm glad I did - the chrome extension makes it an absolute doddle to create companies, contacts and candidates (literally, 2 clicks!) and the "match candidates" feature when you create a vacancy makes life so much easier and it actually matches you with the right people for your role.

I'd give this 6 stars but the limit is 5....
