GigRadar is a HUGE part of our revenue operations. It automates 50% of our lead flow into the business by getting meetings booked on our calendars without even having to speak to prospects. It's like our personal Upwork BDR.

I have been working with them for the past 3 months and couldn't be more satisfied. The product is great and the team is absolutely on top of not only improving it continuously but also giving any support needed.

It didn't work at all, the whole program hinges on chatGPT bot sending out proposals, only problem chatGPT can't handle certain content.

Even when sticking to the default prompts provided by them, chatGPT will write random jumbled up content.

On top of that the filtering (in order to avoid sending out costly proposals) *as you pay for Upwork connects on top of their monthly rate, it is not really working, even when you exclude dozens of keywords for irrelevant projects, there will still be more and more, it is a never ending process in which you end up wasting a lot of time and money.
I suggested to reverse engineer that filter, so that you only need to apply the relevant keywords and exclude everything else, hope they will implement that in the future.

They ensured I will get at least 25 leads, I got 0 in the first month of usage.
They talk about raising their rates but I feel that the product is far from production ready.

Most probably Upwork rolling out their Advertising products will give Gigradar and other similar products a death sentence unless they really evolve into something different and that can work!

Great option for lead generation on Upwork.

We have been using GigRadar for over 6 months now. The tool is indeed very powerful. However, their support is what makes the experience even better, particularly Sviat who is very pro-active!

I have used Gigradar for two businesses I am part of, and I can confirm that the submission process, view rate, and number of responses are higher than what a human could achieve.

As time has passed, Gigradar's reach has grown and it now offers integration with CRMs, making it a highly sought-after option for companies and bidders. 

There's no competition on the market for this product at the moment.

I just signed up for Gig Radar, I'm very impressed with the design and quality of the software.

The other item that is beneficial is - the on-boarding process is very complete, and support is quick - usually within minutes, very unexpected.

The most important aspect is - I expect to grow my business with this software, since it does much of the "heavy lifting" allowing me to focus on other important items.

With gigradar I have been able to get more Leads on Upwork. Also, vlad, one of the customer care support has really been helpful.

Definitely a MUST software to growth hack your Upwork & client acquisition!

It's spam. It's creepy. Looking at the LinkedIn Business Profile, I DO NOT want to work with this business. Why are they emailing me?

Most of their "TEAM" on LinkedIn is AI Generated 20 something females.
