I'm not new to UpWork, but finding myself "in-between clients" in my small agency, we weren't having much luck with one of my employees submitting proposals full time. Problem was, by the time we would find a job with a potentially good match for us, we were several hours after the job had posted and now looking at being one of 50 proposals sent to that potential client.

GigRadar changed all that for us. Not only did it free up my employee to do far more useful tasks (managing our shop and the daily deliverables), but it also made sure that we were honed in on exactly the right clients for us, at exactly the moment that they posted jobs.
