Got given a design and asked if abit more detail could be added. This was other a week ago! I got told i will get a new version that night and i never did. I understand this is a small business but no updates no nothing, when i paid to receive a design!

Wasn’t sure what to expect. The quality is better than I could have imagined. Captured my buddy perfectly! Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic service and the best quality

My phone case is beautiful and I very quickly bought a second! Brilliant customer service and very welcome to adjustments on the design. Would highly recommend Giftyet! 10/10

I randomly found GiftYet on Facebook ad and it caught my eye. went on there to see what they do and I was hooked! I ordered a dog phone case and it looks identical to my little Hugo (my dog). it came quick considering the quality and my mum then wanted one too so tried using a code they gave me in the package, didn't work so I emailed them and the lovely team done me a invoice so I could do it with ease which they didn't need to do but I'm so grateful. Hands down recommend this company

I was really happy with the phone case when it arrived. However it took so long to come - about 3 weeks from the day I ordered. I requested it for a certain date (my brother’s 60th birthday), the order was received by the company but there was no option to pay for express delivery and therefore it arrived late. Very disappointing.

I ordered this gift over a month ago as a birthday gift and it STILL is not here yet. It’s very embarrassing as I keep having to tell my friend her gift isn’t here yet. There is no reason it should ever take this long for a small phone case. Im very disappointed overall and will never use this company again.

Beautifully made phone case, I love it!

I got a phone case, and it turned out adorable! The only downside was that it took a while to get the phone case but otherwise it’s a great case and looks just like the picture I sent them.

Really lovely , seller was kind , box was so easy to set up , definitely going to buy from here again

Been a great experience! Products are amazing and good quality, would happily recommend to a friend. Brilliant at keeping intouch and tracking is really helpful !

Thank you so much for the beautiful phone case. The quality and artistry is beautiful! It was lovely to get a preview and finalise before it was sent. I would highly recommend!
It’s such a lovely personalised product!

I ordered myself a phone case, was sent the preview after a couple days. Requested an amendment to the design and have been completely ignored for 5 days.I have chased up a couple of times also. Honestly would give zero stars for the service received if possible. Raised a dispute with my bank as I do not want to support a small business like this!

Great contact with supplier and amazing product

My order has still not shipped. I ordered a preview first week of September, the same day I got the preview I approved it. I was told it would take one week for the case to be shipped after I approved it. Well now we’re going on three weeks and it has not been shipped and it was a Birthday present I needed for September 28.

Good communication. Got to see preview before the final project was posted. Fast delivery. Super good quality of product

The product quality and finish is simply stunning. They email you a proof before it is made and the staff are so friendly and helpful too.

Love it!
My case looks perfect. The care was amazing and they listen to all my questions and suggestions

This is absolutely adorable, lovely design and nice phone case quality. Thank you
