For the last 3 years I’ve been buying the personalised phone cases for Father’s Day. Normally they are brilliant with communication and fast delivery, but this year has been a bit of a nightmare. Ordered three weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived

Bought a gold coloured necklace for my partner’s birthday, engraved with the head of our beloved dog who passed away last year, and it came out perfectly! A wonderful engraving of the photo we provided and polite, prompt communication from the seller regarding the final product as it was being made. Only issue was the necklace arriving a few days after my partner’s birthday, but as it was on the 22nd of December, this was entirely down to postage delays around the holidays and my own fault placing the order so late!

Ordered on the 10th, had to email multiple times to remind them to send it ASAP. After already so much messing around and delay, they then emailed to confirm whether I still wanted the phone case, delaying it even more.

Ordered on the 30/09/2025 it didn’t arrive until 10/10/2025. Was for a birthday in September. Showed a preview of the phone case I did not like the original design, so I asked for details to be changed and approved the second design, phone case arrived with the original design on. Not worth the money I spent on this. Quality isn’t the best either. I don’t think it will last long.

I posted a review a few weeks ago where I questioned the validity of this site. I take it all back. I now have a lovely framed picture which I am very pleased with. It may have taken a bit longer than I anticipated but they happily made some changes that I requested and it arrived securely packaged. I would happily use this company again in the future.

In my experience, this company doesn’t exist and is a scam. I placed an order worth over £30 two weeks ago, I have emailed over a week ago to enquire about my order and I have tried the WhatsApp number but have heard nothing back. The WhatsApp number comes back as undeliverable,
Save your money and order from someone else

I placed the order on 27 July. I heard nothing at all. I chased up on 2 August. I received a response immediately stating that they had the design ready for review. I responded and confirmed that the design was approved on the same day. It's now 11 August. No idea where the item is, the tracking number doesn't work and no response to chasers.

I never received my package. My money has also not been refunded.

I recently purchased a custom dog phone case from this company. It is absolutely gorgeous!! I got sent a preview and I was in complete awe at how well they designed my dog Bruno! It was made in such a quick amount of time aswell. Absolutely would recommend this company, I love my new phone case thank you so much!
