I have a lot of money that I can't withdraw because they make it so difficult. I'm disgusted. They want this then they want something else. Left me in tears .I provided allsorts of documents and they now want my marriage and divorce papers. Disgusting

Impossible to upload ID it has to be done with a live camera on their site i.e you can’t take your own photo then upload it. They forever tell you it’s blurry/poor image quality then eventually when you do manage to get a photo accepted they tell you they can’t verify your ID. I’m currently doing a chargeback via my bank telling them they are a fraudulent company and have scammed me.

Harassing me. Unsubscribed from their message service numerous times. Blocked their ID, they still continue to message, at all times!

Annoying.

I have literally uploaded every shred of evidence that they wanted to verify my account, they accept some, reject some, the process goes on and on. I have emailed with ID, and everything they need to see I am who I say I am. Quick enough to let me deposit. They’ve let me process my withdrawal, and it’s a big one too.. but not accepting my ID documents? I’ve read this is the same for a lot of people.

I deposited a total of £40 in 2 transactions. And won over £100 in total which I wanted to withdraw. After sending the information they wanted, they declined them. I tried contacting their customer service via email and have not received a response after 2 weeks of waiting. This has happened twice. In the end I chose to play the money. However this company should be reviewed by the gambling commission. They are quite happy to take your money but will not let you withdraw it. The information they want is impossible to obtain from PayPal due to data protection. I know this because I went to PayPal and asked them, to which Paypal’s response was “PayPal doesn't allow screenshots to be taken of your financial information. One of our top priorities is to keep your financial information safe. To do this, we ensure that if anyone ever logs into your PayPal account, they won't be able to see your financial details. We also prevent any merchants from seeing those details as well. If someone asks for photos of your cards, I do not recommend providing those as it doesn't sound safe.” This site should be taken down and they should lose their license. Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company. Stay well away! Don’t waste your time or money

This site is happy to take your money but don't pay out I won £200 after spending £70 to find it is virtually impossible to get your account verified and to top that the withdrawal end up back as playable money I chose to spend the money on the site as it couldn't be withdrawn and will not be playing there again stay away people

Avoid this scam "casino". They will happily take deposits from you but will make it impossible to withdraw anything due to their so-called verification steps. I don't know how companies like this are allowed to operate.

Absolutely shocking quick to take money don't let u upload documents rejects everything and don't pay your winnings

Can't leave 0 so have to leave one star its a con of a company drag you in then don't pay out your winnings,ask to verify yourself which you do with all the right documents and that still isn't enough passed on to friends and family to stay clear and also wrote on Internet platforms to warn others off

I thought I would give this site a try. No problem with depositing money and I had some decent wins. But, could not get my ID approved. They use an 'Uploader tool', which is a must for approval. After many weeks of trying I finally got it to accept my upload. Or, so I thought as it still is not verified. All other uploaded docs are verified, but these did not go through the special uploaded! The site itself is good, but the approval is suspect! It is also hard to find the withdrawal button, but once found it is easy.
Personally, I would not deposit until you have approval 1st.

Load of rubbish and the customer service is even worse .... This site should be shut down. Their system won't let you upload ID when you want to withdraw your winnings. Sorry I even looked at this con site let alone give them any money

I’ve give them 0 stars if I could. Absolute con of a company. Take your money and refuse to let you withdraw your deposit when you realise how crap their site is! They charge for the withdrawal, make you jump through a million hoops to verify your account to withdraw your own money, and then decline all of the documents you provide! Never known anything like it. Big mistake on my part going anywhere near this site!

For people in UK This Site is a con go to a more reputable site it takes double what u want to deposit and don't win more than a £2 av spent over £100 quid on this site it took double my deposit tried to withdraw it's not even in Ur account options it only has deposit no way to withdraw my money once it was deposited.( I have also emailed the gambling commission) so guess that says it all . I've tried to upload my passport fir a week and it's not letting me take a picture it was no problem with the rest of the and I also sent all my documents to there email address that's the same Wouldn't recommend there trying to scam me out of money and if you type it in on Google they had an issue with recent people not been able to provide password I'd . It's still the same
