My experience with Adam and Natalie has been FLAWLESS! I appreciate the work done for me by the publishing team too, but the ball has been floating in the air for some time now. I have people that are wanting to purchase my books, and things are not going as planned with that currently. After struggling to complete my book through three (3) project managers my experience has been totally unsatisfactory. In the first instance of editing efforts by the ghostwriting proficiency team, it was clear their unconscious identifications and unconscious identifications with systemic racism would not allow them to contribute authentically to my book which focused on ending racism. They failed at every turn and submitted a completely flawed so-called prepublication manuscript that I had to pay a second fee to get completely redone with timely effort. A horrible and overly expensive adventure into total incompetence.

I have the best experience with the team. The communication was really great. Whenever I would ask a question, I would get a quick response. I really enjoyed the person that I was assigned with. His name is Isaac. He was very helpful in helping me reach my dreams.

My worst experience ever! They keep offering you other stuff not even finishing what you paid them to do. I hired them to edit or proofread my book and it took ages. WTH! You’re not writing, it’s just editing. You could just imagine having them write it. Almost 2 years on my owner one and not done yet. They rate their own company so don’t believe the positive reviews. Save yourself and do business somewhere else.

Great adventure with my first book.
They were helpful, insightful, and showed great experience. We did have one hiccup with editing but that was resolved and fixed in a good time frame. The only downside is things can get pricey at times with endless promotions. I get it, it's all business at the end of the day. Nonetheless, they are great at what they do and have an amazing team and work ethic. I recommend them for new Authors trying to comprehend the business side of writing a book. I learned a lot.

Expectations were met but at the beginning there was miscommunication which hindered the process. They were very informative and helped with the development of the book from start to finish.

When I entered into this agreement I truly didn't know what to expect. I could not be more pleased. When I did have a slight problem or question, Brian, Jonathan and the team were quick to respond. I would highly recommend this company if you need help writing your book Ghost Writing Proficiency is the way to go.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!if I could give a zero review I would this company ran off with $1500 of mine first I paid $2500 for a ghost writer and yes the did write 3 chapters and I didn't like it so I asked for a partial refund since I knew they had did some work, but instead they offered to do a podcast for me with an additional charge of $1500 on top of the $2500 I already paid for a complete book. The podcast was paid for in 10/2022 and was suppose to be done in 1/2023 which I stopped hearing from them and for a period of time I was promised a refund never received anything, they won't text back email back or answer anymore of my calls. They show their business address in Los Angeles on flower street but when I had paperwork mailed said ghost writers proficiency is unknown :( I am now reporting them to the FTC I can't get my money back from my cc company because its been more than 90 days since purchased! I need my money back and I want to go to small claims but they are hiding behind another company name that has got to be fraud so I’m getting a lawyer FTC OF CA will be investigating I’m not stopping till they compensate me! Oh and trustpilot font let this company reject my review I have proof of everything I think it’s all good till someone wants a refund then they claim not to know the individual!

They will not give your money back like the guarantee.... Always an excuse.. An I have all this documented in emails and texts. So many things went wrong here. They set you up with a Basecamp account to look professional but no one answers that and the contacts say they don't like using it. Then why set it up? At 1st they gave me a deal to split up payments which was good. After all the negative reviews about ghostwriting, I didn't want to pay up front in-case there was an issue. 1st they said the writers were in LA, that was wedding photos a lie. Once I spoke with the 1st representative who was going to help me write, i knew there was an issue. I sent in the questions they asked and my book was tech based. They sent me a book cover with wedding photos. Raymond said, "well isn't that what your book is about?" I asked if he actually read my answers. He didn't. I then asked to me switched to someone else. Now I got Brian and he was better at speaking with me but the book didn't get any better. It took them over 2 weeks to get an outline finished that I gave them. While I was waiting on the outline, I wrote 20k words for the book. Once we got the outline, they butchered the timeline. The language/cultural barrier was becoming evident. I decided to give one more chance. I gave them the 1st chapter to flare up. They completely butchered that as well and the flow was terrible. I then asked to cancel. They tried to say they would change writers but the process with them was way to stressful so I declined. Then I had a call with their compliance and they said they would refund my cc in 10 days. It has now been almost 20 days and they wont return calls. After I posted this review, they tried to flag it. I have all the documentation to verify my issue.

I tried to take a shortcut buy going cheap and it was a terrible mistake. I cannot say for sure but after more research, it looks like some of these ghostwriting companies just change names when they start getting reviews like mine. I ended up paying more for a more up front company that didn't lie.

So they finally gave me my money back. But only after I posted this review. They flagged this comment and want it taken down but I will not. People need to know the truth and that's what these review sites are for.

Communication each step of the way is what helped make the experience great. Polite service, ( No crankiness) helped when I did not have a proper laptop to communicate answers. As a result causing ghost proficiency more time and effort but they continued to be helpful. I would say speedy answers to questions and the right price helped me personally. I’d like to come back for my next novel.
