I payed about 7,000 for 750 copies to be made and they told me that forbes book stores has sold them all, and i was receiving a cheque, but I got no return of 10 to 12 000 dollars could of been more ..😭 and almost 6 months with no reply or anything , iv sent emails after email , and nothing I can't believe they did this to me , it was my second and 3rd book that I made with them and they kept saying to give money to have the copies made and thel be sold at forbes book stores, they kept insisting that my books are good enough and 5 months went past then I was told that all my books were sold out , that they sold really well , then they wanted me to send more money for more copies, I said no as I was needing the money first from all my books being sold. but still have no return in money and no contact from them for 6 months 😕😪.

I have all the emails and bank statements as proof ...

Also they have my website running still and if any books get sold on that website the money dosnt even go to me it goes to them 😪

2nd time writing a review. The 1st one they were able to have it removed. They found no proof. Well, I have email contacts and phone numbers. I will add them if they remove this one.
I sent them a manuscript over 30 months ago, and what have I gotten? Excuse after excuse. Maybe 15% has been worked on. After complaining for over 18 months, they said they would get the refund department to contact me. Nothing for months. The last email I got from them said they would pay me back the money I spent, and that was before Christmas. NOTHING. They are a scam to get money from wannabe writers. Nothing more, nothing less.

This is a terrible company. Do not do business with them. I repeat do not. They pressure you for additional services that they do not provide they are beyond Incompetent. Now I believe they are taking money and running. They offered a guarantee and they did not live up to that. They also were horrific when it came to editing one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with.

I am not happy with this company failing to complete work I paid for I am requesting a response from this company or I need my money back

OVER-PROMISE, UNDER-DELIVER Don't Was YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This company will promise you that they can assist you in everything that you ask. But once they sell you on one service, they keep coming back for more add-ons and more add-ons before even completing the first ask. They try to pressure you on sales. Their proofreading and writing skills are horrible. GPT can do better. The skill set of the writers is high school at best. Their follow-up when services expire is non-existent. I would run as far as you can and not waste your time, money, or energy. I believe their positive reviews are fake.
