this complitly transformed our Burning Man experience. The bikes were powerful, reliable, and Playa-proof. The team was amazing — helpful, honest, and clearly passionate. Best investment we made for the Burn!

Two years ago it was my first burn, and I rented a bike from playa ebikes.
The overall experience was great, the costumer service helped me to finalize my needs, the pickup was smooth and the ride experience was amazing. I already booked mine for this year and highly recommend to everyone who is planing arriving the playa to do so.

I rented the Extreme 750W from Playa eBikes for my first Burning Man, and it was a total game,changer! The bike handled the dusty roads like a champ, and I barely had to think about charging. Plus, their team was super helpful, and the whole rental process was smooth. I'll definitely be back next year for another ride,no more Playa on foot for me!!!!

I got my e-bike from this company right before heading to Burning Man, and WOW it was the best decision for my burn! The people there were extremely friendly and helped me find the right bike quickly. The bike was easy to ride and worked perfectly in the desert/on the playa. It is easy to charge, and it made my trip SO much more fun and enjoyable. It’s too tiring to ride a regular/non electric bike all around the playa. I also love that I didn’t have to purchase a bike to keep. I just rented one and dropped it back off on my way home! So easy.

If you’re going to Burning Man or just want a really cool e-bike, this is the place to go. I loved it and I’ll definitely come back again next year!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Sold the “ you can pick it up on the to Burning man” - didn’t have the bike I bought -didn’t the accessories I paid for- didn’t have “time “ to assemble even though I paid for it and had to assemble myself - wouldn’t call back- wouldn’t reimburse- followed up multiple times and had to deal with credit card company - BUYER BEWARE

I got the eco bike this year, the bike is extremely comfortable, I had another e-bike the previous years, more powerful and it was sooo hard on the bumpy streets of the city or on the playa bumps that it was killing my back and neck, but this bike was so so so soft to ride
And the battery was pretty ok, with a little organization to charge as soon as not using it I could ride all week without any issue
So I clearly recommend
Also the pick up was so easy and the team really nice and cool 🤍

the electric bike worked exactly for 5 hours, and then stop working

The bike completely broke. The first ride I took the chain was too tight and kept popping off every 30 seconds. I had the chain loosened and it then was popping off every 5 minutes or so. Shortly after this the key to the ignition broke off and the power to the moter was not available. I tried to return the bike and was met with rufusal to refund my money. I am very unsatisfied with the product and customer service to resolve the bike failure and refund my purchase as I was not able to use the bike as I had planned.

The bike was riding super well.
Absolutely loved it!

I just had to find another locker because the one provided was really heavy and unpractical.
Same for lights, they should have batteries that lasts at least a week.

Overall it was a positive experience.

I hope that the document with the information is updated and my card is associated to the bike I’ve used (19), I’ve returned it clean (even though there was a huge duststorm right after that), with its brand new locker, battery charger, basket.
