I’m getting so many channels!! I love it

I loved it at first
But now it's not working...not too happy about that. Great product tho.

It could not even pick up one channel.Total waste of money.

Do not buy from WaveMax. I ordered a TV antenna, and almost immediately changed my mind and asked for the purchase to be cancelled, and for my payment on PayPal to be cancelled. Their website is difficult to navigate, with countless popups trying to up-sell products, but impossible to actually trace my order to try to cancel it. I contacted them by email and I then received a string of nonsense emails claiming because they are so efficient (!) the order was already being dispatched and couldn't be cancelled. I even had my credit card temporarily blocked to no avail, and when I unblocked it, they charged me. I received an email 3 days later saying that it had been dispatched (so they had plenty of time to cancel it). Apparently it has arrived in Sydney, and presumably something will be delivered in the next few days. Subsequently I have received a multitude of spam emails from them trying to sell me other things. I have blocked them and hope that I will be left in peace. Whether the antenna actually works remains to be seen.

I have subsequently been contacted by WaveMax. My review stands for the following reason which I communicated to them:
"I appreciate the refund of the fee for the unasked for extended warranty, however, the original order was made on 16 April, and the notification that the order had been shipped was on 19th April. I therefore don't accept your attempted excuse for not cancelling the order that it had already been packed and shipped by the time I requested cancellation 6 minutes after making the order (the dates and times are clearly shown on the emails I received from you). I am therefore not going to modify my review on Trustpilot."

The website is easy to handle but they have to long of items to. Buy when you're trying to save money.

We tried this item on our upstairs television and it didn’t work.
I’m sure it probably works fine for some applications but didn’t work on ours.

Why does it give me the price of $89.99 but then it shows I owe $106.20? How can you do that? I ordered three so give me my money for the difference back $16.21. You are scamming people so do I need to turn you in?

Easy checkout

Talking with Rose the customer service person was very helpful and understanding.
I placed the order and realized that this product would not work in my situation; within 15 minutes of placing the order I tried to cancel the order since it was stated in their information that you had 12 hours to do so. However, upon calling your customer service it was stated that a lot was prepackaged and shipping had already been sent to distribution. Your customer service person said my only option now was to wait until I received the item and go through the return steps. That is where we are now.

Fast and low prices

It was easy to order. The information was informative. Going to give it a try.

The item I bought could not help me for what I was looking for !!!
