After a bad fall I needed scan on my lower back due to significant pain in that area. I encountered confusion, reluctance and admin errors from NHS.
After first contact with GetScanned I was booked for GP consultation next day (Friday) and scan was arranged for following Monday. I received report the following day which highlighted a deterioration which needs further investigation. Very efficient, professional and friendly. I would recommend GetScanned to anyone who needs urgent attention. Call out to Arjun, Omar and Dr who held consultation.

It’s a bit of a palava getting to the point where you get scanned but I guess that’s to keep you safe. The scanning procedure was quick, professional and in a clean environment. I would prefer to check if the date and time I wanted was free before booking but had to ring first. Fast results - the images were available to see very quickly - the report took a while longer but still fast.

I decided to get a scan for peace of mind and using Get Scanned has been effortless and speedy. The staff are professional, friendly and put you at complete ease. Even when it was necessary to cancel a booking and reschedule in a completely different city, it was no problem for the staff who sorted it out on a Saturday morning. I can't speak highly enough of my experience and have no problem recommending them to others.

Absolutely first class service, quick, careing and I would definately use them again.

The process is well organized.
They kept me in the loop throughout, from start to finish.
The hardest part was spending 2.5 hours in a tube.
The results were emailed the next day.
The doctor went through the results the following day.
Also, the doctor sent me an easy-to-understand results list.
This was well worth it for me at 67 years.
I could not explain why I felt unwell.
The MRI answered a lot of questions.
The hard part I found was going to my GP and asking them to do a referral.
The GP asked me 100 questions why I decided to have an MRI.
Other than that, I'm happy I went with my gut feeling.

I have been waiting 12+weeks to get any progress from the NHS & to reduce the time I would be waiting for a scan , I chose to get a private scan so I could produce the evidence when I finally see someone
From the outset of my enquiry Get Scanned kept me in the loop , promptly informing me of my appointment dates, times & venue with a contact person for any queries/problems that may have occurred leading up to the scan
To top it off my scan results were made available to me within 24 of having the scan.
So all in all , I can’t find any issues with the process & would like to thank them for a hassle free experience

The staff were welcoming and during the procedure I was treated with kindness and was given lots of information regarding the procedure. I am elderly and do have problems with feeling dizzy, I was given time and consideration whilst stepping on to the couch, the gentleman was taking his time to make sure I was comfortable.

The radiographer John was amazing. He was friendly and professional and put me at my ease. He explained everything clearly and I felt well looked after. Thank you SW

From start to finish, the service has been great. I would highly recommend GetScanned.

I needed an urgent Ultrasound scan. Sadly the NHS doesn’t understand the word ‘urgent’ so I asked my GP if I could have a private Ultrasound. I booked an Ultrasound (online) on Friday 12th December. I was immediately WhatsApped by GetScanned/Arjun with a booking number and it was arranged that a GetScanned GP (Dr. Anni Dutt) would call me the same day so that I could get an immediate referral (all part of the service). The Dr. Dutt understood everything in a nano-second and it was hoped that I would get an Ultrasound by Tuesday 16th as I had an appointment with my own GP on Wednesday 17th. I was WhatsApped on Monday 15th confirming that I would receive a call from the scanning centre. At 10.36am I received a WhatsApp from Arjun asking if the scanning centre had called (they hadn’t). GetScanned/Arjun then tried another scanning centre to see if I could get an appointment before Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately that scanning centre didn’t have an appointment available so GetScanned/Arjun called a third scanning centre and fortunately they did have an appointment available the next day (Tuesday 16th). I had my scan and the service was outstanding. I received my scan report on Wednesday morning, which I was able to upload onto my GP record. The level of customer service by GetScanned/Arjun was unbelievable. I booked a scan with GetScanned at 2pm on Friday and had a scan on Tuesday morning! GetScanned understood the word ‘urgent’ and Arjun was ‘on my case’ non-stop. He really understood that I needed to have a scan before the Wednesday and made sure that I got one and in my price range. It cost an extra £15 - that’s all and the scan wasn’t an expensive one in the first place (£300). Outstanding service. Thank you Arjun and GetScanned for all your help. I thoroughly recommend.

A solid and professional service. The staff were helpful and solution-oriented whenever we encountered problems. I'm happy that everything was completed in a timely manner. Additionally, I was impressed with the updates provided throughout the whole process. I even received help after I had extra questions regarding my report.

I’m very happy with the clear and fast communication from Sushmita Kashyap, one of the support team members. She was very helpful and made the whole process smooth. I’m also pleased with how quickly my appointment was booked. Great service overall!
